Really great guys

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. I was online at 5am looking for options through home advisor. Bob from priority one called at 6:15 am and said they would be at our home at 8:30. They were the only HVAC Co. that called. They were right on time and I knew we would need a new furnace. By 1:30pm we had a new furnace. Bob, Nick and Matt were truly professionals I would highly recommend.

It snowed several inches on the morning of our appointment for an annual furnace checkup. I offered to let them reschedule due to the weather but they wanted to come regardless. They were right on time ... and very professional, even with the weather they had to drive through. They did excellent and efficient work. I would hire them again.

BEWARE! THEY TOOK OUR $75 DEPOSIT AND WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. Nick from Priority One contacted me immediately saying they would like the opportunity to quote repairing our mini-split A/C system. I asked if they charged a fee to come out and quote â both Nick and Bob said no. They came out the next day and looked at both the inside and outside units. We explained that the inside unit had an error communicating with the outside unit. They said inside unit would have to be replaced and they would look for a replacement unit for us. Then they asked for $75 saying that it would be applied to the total cost once the job was competed. Okay â fair enough. They cashed the check that day. 2 weeks went by and we never heard from them. When I called to follow-up, they said they were still looking for a unit. 2 weeks later, my husband fixed functionality of the inside unit, so I called again and left both Nick and Bob messages telling them that the inside unit was fixed and we only needed an estimate to repair the outside unit. No returned call. I called again and reached Nick who said he would need to talk to Bob. Again, no returned call. Two months had gone by now. I called again and left messages for both asking them to please provide us with an estimate so we could at least have a chance to apply the $75 that we paid them. And, if they could not provide an estimate within a week, that I would like our $75 back. Well, it is a week later and here I am writing this bad review. I would not trust these guys if I were you.

Arrived promptly and performed the service quickly to get the air conditioner operational. We were pleased with our experience with this company. Not familiar with the going price for the job so rating value for money is difficult.

They arrived promptly in an emergency situation. My furnace had stopped producing heat and it was 40 degrees in my home with a small child. They replaced the part within an hour and the heat was back up and running. They didn’t try to upcharge me or sell me a new furnace

After two repair visits and spending nearly $400 in replacing parts for one of our furnaces with a different company I called Priority One Heating and Cooling. They came out quickly and assessed the problem as a cracked heat exchanger. I could tell Bob and his son were more knowledgeable by the way they spoke and assessed the problem. Bob said we would need a new furnace. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. They gave us options to replace the furnace. This was all over the thanksgiving holiday with a home filled with visiting family members. Bob and his son replaced the furnace the day after Thanksgiving I would highly recommend them.

Communicated quickly and gave several quotation options. The installation was quick, super clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend this company!!!

Bob and Nick from Priority One made us their first priority! They responded to our request immediately. Came out on a Sunday to inspect , gave us a fair quote and stood by their promise and workmanship. They returned first thing Monday morning to install a new AC unit. The gentlemen were friendly, efficient and completed the work in 2 1/2 hours, in spite of adverse weather. Thanks Priority One! Let them make you their next Priority!

My AC had lost Freon over time so just needed additional Freon added. This contractor was the first to call and since I was in a hurry I went with him. Overall I'm happy with the results. Output temperature of the AC unit at the furthest outlet dropped 5 degrees
