Central A/C - Install
Steve exuded confidence when he was in the home. What really kind of sold me was the old unit I had in my house was 20 years old. He showed me what all of the issues are. He said "I'm going to leave this with you." Instead of saying here's the repairs..he said you can put that (money) towards a new unit (if you want to). He was basically giving me an option, instead of just saying here's the bill for fixing a 20-year-old unit. It was Steve that intruduced me to the "Hero" program through Riverside County. That's "customer service!" The expedition of the work that Steve does is phenomenal. The unit is on the roof. The team arrived early in the morning, and basically had the whole unit -- ducts, replaced by that afternoon.

No pressure to go above and beyond what was actually needed to service the air conditioner. Mark - service tech - CALLED me to inform me the follow up visit he would be a little late, this was greatly appreciated. All service was done in a timely manner
