WARNING! Be extremely careful working with Sam and his company. He has made 3 failed attempts over a period of two years to properly pave my driveway. After the third failed attempt he agreed to give me half of my money back to remove the social media reviews and then also agreed to give me the other half back by 11/30. Since then he has blocked my phone number and ghosted me. Iâ ve had many others reach out to me sharing very similar, horrific events. He has also been u cooperative with the BBB as well as the Attorney Generals office. Seriously, so not hire this guy. He will take your money and run.

STAY AWAY!! This company is toxic. The owner will treat you like garbage. He is dishonest and deceitful. He will talk down to you and tell you that you know nothing. He does not honor his warranties. They called me asking to quote my driveway project because they had an opening. They ended up doing it the same day and I regretted it instantly. They quoted me to dig out 3-6â of sod and put stone down. In reality they skimmed the yard and put 2-4â of stone down if Iâ m lucky. They told me they would pitch the driveway to the street. In reality they pitched half to one side and the other half directly to the neighbors yard (imagine a twist design). Upsold me on a same day sealant. They then got an immense amount overspray all over my sidewalks. Didnâ t clean up anything as well. I brought these initial concerns up right away and the owner assured me everything would be fine. Fast forward 4 weeks: driveway puddles everywhere when it rains. First time I drove in it with a small suv left giant ruts everywhere (as if they didnâ t properly prepare the site for the driveway). Took WEEKS to even get him to respond to a message let alone come look at the problems. Once at my house the owner was very rude and argues with every concern you have. â He knows more than youâ â heâ s been doing this his whole lifeâ â those people donâ t know what they are talking aboutâ . I begged him to fix his mistake since the driveway is within a one year warranty and he refused to address the issue until the fall (project started in may). I asked him to dig out the driveway and properly prepare the area so it would stop sinking and he argued saying that the proper fix was to simple â topâ the existing work. I told him I donâ t think thatâ s the proper repair but I guess I need to allow him to try and fix it his way first. He assured me a 2â top of asphalt would fix the issue. Above fall arrived it took me again about a month to get the owner on site and check out the driveway. Then an additional month to schedule the repair. The crew shows up and hand shovels about .5-1â of asphalt on top of the driveway I asked him to please talk to me before he leaves. He gets in his truck, drives away. Fast forward 4 weeks. Driveway is STILL sinking!! The entire driveway is lumpy and chipping apart! It has now been 5 MONTHS that he has refused to respond to calls/texts/emails. This company is a SCAM. Youâ ve been warned.

I have some concerns about the finished driveway; (2) obvious low spots. I contacted the office to express my concerns, was told someone would contact me (that was 2 weeks ago. Return calls go to voice mail. I want assurance (in writing) that these low spots will not sink in the next few years as a result of parking in my new driveway.

The driveway is not level - leaves a puddle right at the car driver door. We specified that we wanted it level to get rid of this puddle issue and were told it would cost more. The driveway looks good but when it rains the puddle is still there.
