The above star for rating is more than PP&R deserves. To summarize my experience with PP&R; Poor work ethic. Poor carpentry skills, i.e., unable to miter properly; Deceptive business practices; Work not done in a timely manor. Workers are not professional nor are they professionals.

Prompt, professional, prices are very reasonable. Stayed late until the job was correctly finished.

Good communication, price and work.

I have noticed some things that are both good and bad. Maybe I am just too picky, but my upstairs bathroom was not completely drywall repaired. Some nailholes were still noticeable, as well as a gouge in the wall that was not repaired. Also, our bedroom paint seems to scratch very easily with the slightest bump. I think the 1st coat was not dry enough before the 2nd coat was applied. Also, get down in writing EXACTLY what you want done so there will be NO question about it. I must say, though, in all honestly, these 3 young men were very hard workers and very well mannered. Overall, they did an above average job.

The project was finished quickly with the contractor very willing to fit their work schedule to ours. They were neat and thorough, and always courteous and pleasant to deal with. They moved planters and furniture before starting the project and replaced them afterwards. There was nothing left for us to do but enjoy our refreshed decks.
