Project; Clear a clogged kitchen sink. On 6/14/21 , I made an appointment to snake my clogged kitchen sink. They showed up on schedule and proceeded to snake the kitchen sink from underneath my sink. It took maybe 20 minutes and they managed to unclog my drain, but It still drained poorly for $190.00. Fast forward 13 days and the clog returns. I called to see if they would honor their work or at least credit me the money toward a hydro-jetting my line. The answer was an emphatic No! They would not honor their work. I could understand if it was 60 days or so when they did their work, But 13 days? The worst part was that the manager refused to talk with me. What a spineless coward. I called two other Plumbers in the Littleton area, and they both asked the same question, **Won t they back their work** I finally had different company come and do the work properly, from the basement, not the sink. He spent an hour snaking the drain and cleared the problem, for only $95.00. Never again will I use Priority Plumbing. I mean, who does business that way? Beware of this company. They will not back their work!

We were scheduled for a sewer scope between 11 and 1. Your technician did not show up until 3 PM after 3-4 phone calls. We had three people waiting over 2 hours whom all had better things to do. This is over 6 man hours lost by 3 professionals. At average $80 per hour that totals a loss of $480 in lost revenue. You should have paid us for the sewer scope. By my calculation $480 - $150 you owe us $330. Not happy with this service. When you provide a schedule window you need to be more mindful of other peoples time and adhere to your commitment.

Totally dissatisfied with toilet repair. Had them come a second time told me I needed a $185 part. I will never recommend them and advise seniors not to use them.
