No complaints with the quality of the roof, installed in very tough conditions and on time. Price was what was agreed on. Only issue was one of the workers broke a light on the outside of the house which I didn't notice until much later, and they advised they would clean the gutters as well which they didn't do.

Had snow plowing done. About half an hour before they arrived to plow, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they would arrive. They plowed and then shoveled to clean up spots that couldn't be plowed like near steps and walks. They were courteous, conscientious, and thorough. Will use again and would recommend.

Overall they did a good job on the roof, it took them longer than they said, and they started later than the time given. Other than that did a good job.

The guys were great. In and out in 2 days and left the yard as clean as could be. I will be using them again.

I am very satisfied with the new roof. It was a complex job. It took longer than they thought but I know they didn't rush and made sure everything was done the right way. The roofers answered all questions and took time to explain everything. I did not give a 5 star as I was less than satisfied in the way Bob handled situations. He had wrong information about the work more than once and asked me to pay for the job before it was done. After that he did not follow up as he said he would. I did get everything I needed when I called Joe Peters. I would strongly recommend Priority but I found that working with Joe and the workers worked better.

Bobby was easy to communicate with, and provided great customer service. He was very accommodating to my expectations. The quality of the roof is excellent. I did not rate as 5 stars because Bobby said he would be on the job every day, but often it was just his team of workers. Even still, it was easy to communicate with him over the telephone.

I am waiting to have Priority Roofing re-shingle our roof in the spring as it became too cold to start the project now. Their presentation was excellent and, so, I will have to wait until spring to provide a star rating.

they called me promptly and set up a date, the showed up on time and gave me the details of the project and their price was competitively priced. Project is was completed on April 26th and Iam very satisfied. I will be possibly call on Priority to repave my driveway.
