Termite Pest Control Service
Was told by other companies that I needed to tent but Priority said they could spot treatment on kitchen cabinets that had termites and drilled holes. Termites swarmed after treatment and they didnt mention this would happen but I put out bug lights with sticky pads to catch them. Caught a bunch with the pads but some got up in the voids between the cabinets that cant be accessed by spot treatment so there goes over $400 and have to tent anyways. To make it worse, 1 of the retreats they drilled holes in the front of the cabinets, making the cabinets look worse and still with termites. They quoted me over $3k to tent after all that, and got it done with a different company for well under $2k. Don't waste your time or money with these jokers.

Initial termite inspection was FREE! Chris was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Very reasonable rate for treating termite infestations where they were found.

The only thing that would improve this company's service is to fill in the paperwork on a program so the writing is easy to read. My report was hand written then scanned. It didn't print well either . Chris is great and I would use him again!

We just hired them and have only had one treatment, which is the reason I didn't feel I could give a full rating. They were timely in their response and appointment, explained the services needed. They also said they would provide additional treatments within the cost quoted while we are trying to resolve a german cockroach problem from a renter. Their price was below my expectation from our previous service and they are very close by. After we've had their service for a few months I'd be happy to update my rating and comments.

I have used this company for about 2 years and at this point the chemicals are ineffective against ants.

"The home it self has no ant issues. The yard has ants from time to time and we recommended to do a fire ant granule treatment throughout the yard which she refused to do. So we spray the mounds as needed but like we tried to tell her it will not total solve her problems in the yard. She called us for general pest control treatment for home which once again there are no issues in home since we been treating."

I contacted them via the internet and with all the positives reviews I scheduled an app. Nathan gave me the heads up when he was on his way, which I appreciate. This was a WDO inspection for a future home. He said this inspection was ONLY for termites.In the paperwork states 3 other items which, he didn't look for.He gave me the report before he was done this the "inspection".When he left, I watched a video on what they are supposed to look for in this kind of inspections, he never touch anything.I feel it was not worth my money or time. Didn't even offer future services which is good I guess.

"All points of the inspection were done. Our main focus was termites but if we saw anything else we would have notified the buyer. The paperwork she received was the invoice and after the tech was done with the inspection she received the WDO report. We are there to do an inspection not to up sale you like other companies do. We feel if you want our services you will ask.Upon my inspection the tech did everything right. As far as a video on inspection goes every company does things a little different and years of experience is better than a video. Also we back all our inspections with a warranty so we will always do a thorough inspection."

Called Priority, talked to Chris. He was pleasant, asked me about my problem, we discussed it and he informed me someone out in 2-days, Thursday. Service person arrived Thursday just outside the 2hr window specified. We identified the problem w/ the carpenter ants going into the roof but I was disappointed that all he did was spray inside and outside, for a $70 charge. I guess I could have sprayed myself. I was hoping he checked out the source of infestation to determine the extent since the Carpenter ants were getting in the house. 3wks later I am seeing more ants, although they are dead.

"Carpenter ant normally have nest in ground outside around trees. They could also have a nest in the attic.So we treat inside and out. We search areas to find the nest and treat. We also do a follow-up to make sure there gone. As of our last follow up they where gone. Our first visit we spent over an hour treated areas. So his problem was taken care of."

Mark and Rob are professional, courteous, down-to-earth, and empathic. Our home was custom-treated with complete inspection and treatment needed, but not more than needed. Seemed like dealing with friends.

David is very prompt and on time, he is very pleasent and nice to deal with and tells you the truth and explains in a way that can be understood how the treatment is done. I am saving for the Termite treatment, but I expect that will be handled as professionally as the bug service.
