Prism AV

Robert seemed like a nice guy BUT ... I felt like he wanted me to accept the antenna on the window even though I told him I would not like how that would appear from outside. Seemed like he wanted me to come up with a solution or just settle so he could leave. I asked him to affix it on the wall in a place that would pick up channels which he finally did; now it is half hanging off the wall. (If I knew how to add a photo to show you I would.) On top of that, with the exception of the three main networks, ION and PBS, there is not a decent station out of the rest of the 60 channels that come in. I definitely expected better for an antenna that reaches 50 miles and for what the service cost. Pretty much a waste of $225. I went with this company because of all the good reviews, and that despite my hesitancy because of the relatively short period of time he has been in business. My experience was very different, and I cannot recommend Prism AV.

I hired Robert to install a security system for new home construction. I paid for the low voltage wiring, and equipment. I was receiving an email from Amanda every couple of months checking on the progress of the new construction. Know that I am finally ready to install the security system, I have received radio silence. The business phone number had been disconnected. I have called and texted Robert and sent numerous emails. I have received no response. I would not use Prism AV.

They were fast and efficient

Robert was great. He and his co-worker did an excellent job of installing our new antenna. They were efficient and very polite and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend them. And Amanda was great too.
