This was my first time using their service, and I was very impressed. They arrived right on time and were able to remove the object stuck inside my dryer vent in just a few minutes. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What seemed like a stressful problem was resolved quickly and smoothly. The owner misrepresented his services. I asked specifically if he would use an electronic moisture meter with probes to test the moisture content of the building materials in my home, as the humidity was very high--in the upper 70â s and even 82% relative humidity--and I suspected a moisture intrusion problem. He said yes and did not describe any other sort of service. However, Mr. Tomblin did not bring such equipment to the appointment at my home. Instead, he took two air samples with a wholly different device. I asked again about the electronic moisture meter with probes for measuring building materials. He said he had all the info he needed from the air samples. I paid him with a check anyway, as I was afraid not to. Later I asked for a refund and he refused. When I reported the bad act to the fraud unit, Mr. Toblin made up baldfaced lies to try to make it look like I am a terrible person in his attempt take the focus off his misrepresentation of his business and his failure to do what he said he would do.

Professional and very thorough. Cleaned my duct work and the dryer vent. Protected my floors when moving equipment to the basement. I feel much better about my HVAC system and relieved about the dryer vent as that is a major cause of dryer fires. Well worth the effort.
