Prism Home and Building Inspectors are ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified, we have been in business since 2001 with more than 12,000 homes and commercial properties inspected. We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau with a A+ rating. We are a multi inspector company, this means we can be flexible with our scheduling to better work with your ability to meet the inspector at your property for the inspection. In the event you are unable to attend we do provide for online payment and reports to be emailed (PDF file) to you the same day as the inspection. We back our inspections to include a free 90 day warranty against mechanical and structural failures. We also check for manufacture recalls against the appliances, HVAC systems and water heater and provide a detailed report of the findings.
