John was very attentive to our requests and his cabinet maker did a great job matching existing design.

They were timely and let you know each stage they were in.

We removed a fireplace and chimney, had a giant window installed and replaced the front entry door. Pricing was very competitive, they spoke great English, understood the job requirements and provided great recommendations. They used tarps and plastic to section off their work area and protect our home. Every evening the job site was cleaned and organized for the next day. John was very helpful and always answered and responded to calls or texts promptly. Very professional and did not expect final payment until we were satisfied that everything was done. The finished work looks fantastic. Would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

This is one of six letters that I have wrote to this company, which is really only one person. I got his information from this site and it is very disturbing to see that my post was taken down in only one week of it's post. I am taking him or them to court, for breach of contract. Pristine Builder Inc. 7312 Louetta Road, Suite B118-520 Spring, TX 77379 John Liang I would like to discuss some major issues that you are overlooking with my project. First you have never started work at a reasonable time, in fact your team normally arrives after noon. On a good day they might work four or five hours. Each day I must clean up after them. They use my rest room without permission and left it a mess. The trash can in the bathroom downstairs was half fill with wet toilet paper, they left the fan running all day. Right now, there is white paint on the light switch. They use two rolls of toilet paper which I know because of the empty rolls left in the trash can. Each night I must call you to find out what time you are coming to my home to work. I leave my back door unlock so your team can come and go. On more than one occasion my home has been unsecure because no one called me to turn on the alarm. If this project was too much for you, or too small for you, maybe you should have not taken the contract. This project is taking too long to complete. If you would have told me about the counter top store the project could have been done yesterday. No wait, there are several issues that needs to be address with this project. There are more than 100 blunders due to poor workmanship. The second tile guy still has holes in the grout. He has not kept the two colors separated from each other. There is a rough film on the square tiles in the shower. In some areas it fills just like the grout between the tile. In fact, there is one spot that he never removed the excess grout. Above the window the tile should have been cut in half like the bottom one, instead he cut a two-inch piece and stuck it in the corner. At the top of the tub he did not fill the grout line correctly, there is a gap at the back of the tub. The small soap box at the bottom is not square, the right side is at an angle. The painter did a bad tape job, all along the trim and everywhere else shows the lack of attention to details I have tired very hard to bring theses things to your attention; however, you have not given me the respect or opportunity to do so. I want to give you one more chance to address these issues before I take other steps to address them. We had a long conversation about what I expected from you, you said that you could deliver the services that I researched for a month about your company. I want to be clear there will be no more work done until you address these mistakes. We can start by you coming by at 8 AM, I requested to start my work shift in at 9 AM to meet with you. I had 6 contractors provide me a quote and Pristine Builder was the only one who came on time! The rest were at least 30 minutes late with their appointments. Project costs were outlined well, showing what was in-scope. John was flexible and even provided recommendations on how I can do some of the more simple tasks so I could save some $$ by doing these myself. The project finished on time, on budget and came out great. I'm glad to find good honest contractors and Pristine Builder will definitely get business from me again!

I know plenty of you are facing an uphill battle and will need to rebuild after this crazy system called Harvey. I have a referral for someone that is SUPER trustworthy and has a great team that helps him do things right. It is so hard to find a contractor after events like this that you can trust with your home and your money. I am also cool with you coming by to see a sample of the work he does. I recently bought a condo in the Briar Hollow area that was in need of a major renovation...much more than just a face lift. I used John Liang from Pristine Builder here in town for the renovation. I initially was just getting a bid from him for some patio doors and windows. I felt so comfortable with John after meeting him that I turned over the whole project to John and his team. I found him on HomeAdvisor but felt like God truly sent him into my life. Let's face it, I am a control freak. John took a SUPER ugly condo and created a home for me helping my dreams become a reality. My project involved a new kitchen - two full bathrooms that are walk-in no curb bathrooms. All new floors. Widening and replacing the interior doors to make it easier for my dad. Replacing two huge patio doors and two windows. Moving fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen. Pretty much everything is BRAND new. We hired John for bathroom renovations. His crew did a great job overall, they were on the tight schedule and they finished on time!! Very friendly and professional.

We hired John to do major renovation to the outside of our home. He and his crew pay special attention to details, even on areas that I didn't know about. Any changes we needed John was willing to accommodate us. My husband and I would recommend him. We have found him to be very polite an honest.

They repaired a leaky roof/siding area by fabricating a new gable. This was performed on budget and actually faster than estimated. Two major storms/city flooding events later and there have been no issues. Would recommend.

We had recently purchased a home and it requires a lot of work done of various nature, and honestly we did not know where to start, so when we saw the commercial on TV for Home Advisor and decided to give it a try, we had several contractors came by to give us a quote and we felt most comfortable with John and his recommendations, they seem very professional and was giving us some great advice to save on the overall cost, although they were not the lowest bidder of them all. John and his crew works fast and clean. They pay special attention to details, even on areas that I didn't know about.
