Pristine Cleaning

I made an appointment with the company and they failed to show. Understanding, I made a second appointment with Jordan the owner and he failed to show up the 2nd time! I called to see what could be done and halfway through our conversation he hangs up on me! Worst company I have ever dealt with!

Jordan was great. Thorough and expressed care and concern and diligence about meeting my needs. Very personable and I plan to use him again

The owner personally serviced our home and explained everything that he did and why. I appreciated his punctuality, thoroughness and that he took care around the furnishings and carpets. When I witnessed what was pulled out of the air ducts, from dust balls to pet hair to crayons and then dry wall chunks and globs of dried insulating foam, I was glad to have spent the money to clean it all out!! Now I'm hoping for less dusting and sneezing :-)

I was very comfortable with them, father and son, in my home. They were thorough and careful. More $ than I planned but I decided to bet on quality.

Jordan was punctual, professional and friendly. His work was top notch. I ll use this carpet cleaning services again for sure.

They did a great job with beyond filthy ducts. We call earlier in the day and they came later afternoon and did a great job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Really great value and did a solid job. Called to let me know their last job ran a bit over and they were on their way. Explained the process and executed well. Wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings - per my request. Very professional and will use again.

He exceeded my expectations on customer service: becoming aware of my specific needs and keeping them in mind as he dealt with me throughout our cleaning project, being very personable, and going beyond by providing shoe booties so that my final apartment check-out with my landlord was impressive. I want to leave a full 5 star review, however, there were some just a few issues. I will do my best to keep it to the facts. 1. No call, no show for our booked appointment. Texted Jordan twice, and finally got a phone call from Jordan (2.5 hours after he was scheduled and I had leave for work). I have clear messaging of date and time for the appointment and during the phone call the response I got was "I do not see that, I see you booked for a different date/time." He blamed it on the messaging system. 2. Showed up for the second appointment, cleaned the whole house, and got most of the spots outs. There were some spots left over, however, I believe he did the best that he could. I'm a little bummed about the 1st appointment being missed because it meant the house got cleaned the day before the moving truck arrived, this meant there wasn't time for him to come back and hit a few spots I was still worried about. However, Jordan is a very nice guy and a competent cleaner. I would recommend him.

He is very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and my vents. I will definitely use him when the time comes again and I will recommend him to anyone who I know who is looking for carpet cleaning!!

Jordan was easy to work with and responded quickly with one of the lowest quotes I could find. They worked extra hard to get the stubborn stains out and the house looked and smelled great! I will use him again because he made it so easy and at a great price and value for the work done !!

Pristine was so professional and we felt so comfortable with them. They were efficient and thorough and I know this is going to make a huge difference in my husbands sinuses. We are going to have them clean our carpets in the spring. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide
