Embry agreed to a monthly cleaning of my house. After 5 weeks had gone by, I e-mailed her with no response. I waited another week or two and finally called her. She said my house did not need that much cleaning and I should not worry. It's 2 months and she has not lifted a finger to contact me for a cleaning date. I am very disappointed in her lack of reliability.

In the past, I hired some of the big companies. When costs went up it was time for me to make a change. I did not need 3 or 4 maids. I live in a ranch house around 1500 to 1600 sq.ft. I only needed one person to do the basics: dust, vacuum, bath room, kitchen. This company Pristine Clean understands that. Now I am paying for exactly what I need cleaned.

Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
My initial review was immediately after they finished the job. Painted with NO drop cloths and dripped multiple times onto a carpet installed less than a week prior. Left a wall in the corner unpainted . Cleaned only 2 of 3 rooms requested. I was scammed !

I've already referred someone to Ms. Parker. She was professional, and efficient. My windows are double paned. I couldn't figure out how to unlatch them. She offered to come back when I could free up the windows to get to the other side. I did and she returned within days. Great jpb

Very personable, respectful & A HARD WORKER! I was is a tight spot any needed a job done quickly. She called immediately, she readjusted her schedule because I needed the work done ASAP. I am skeptical about hiring before interviewing and am a tough customer. Our first phone call was enough for me-I knew she was right for the job. She got it done above and beyond my expectations. I will defiant tell recommend her to my friends, family & plan to hire her again for myself.
