The home is being prepared to go on the market. I asked them to clean all the woodwork (including kitchen cabinets) and line the cabinets with shelf paper...they put the paper in the cabinets but NOTHING else!! I was very disappointed to see that I had to clean what I paid them to do...sad...maybe if you can stay and direct them...???

"Ms. Brenda, we are sorry for your disappointment. You contacted us of the issues a week after we were there, and you also had carpet cleaners there after we cleaned. I do agree that my crew missed a few things, and offered to have them come back out and correct the issues. Yes, they did line your cabinets, and this is something that we normally do not do. Again, I apologize for your disappointment, and again, would be happy to come back and correct these issues."

I hired this company to deep clean my house, but when the scheduled day arrived I was in the hospital, having suffered an unexpected stroke. The leader of the cleaning crew came to the hospital to get my keys and proceeded with the cleaning anyway. It was especially comforting to come home from the hospital to a pristine clean house!!

Angela was the first pro to contact me from the recommendations provided by Home Advisor...I liked her responsive, that shows a high level of customer service. Working with Angela and her team was great. I was highly impressed by what I witnessed (one of the ladies cleaning the property opened the window, and was actually scrubbing inside the window sill with a toothbrush). Does not get any better than that. We have several rental properties around Atlanta and Pristine will now be my go to for service.
