    We hired Pristine Communications to put cameras in our work truck. The owner/partener Lavaughn Samuel who installed the cameras did not know how to do this. It took him 3 days to complete the job and he damaged the truck. We had to have the truck towed to the dealer that day to have it repaired. This cost us another $500. We paid $2400 to have these cameras installed even though he broke the truck while installing them. The cameras worked off and on for 2 months and then stopped working. We called Mr. Samuels to let him know the cameras were not working. He came out and charged us another $150 but did not fix the cameras. Beware of this company they are scam artists. The was project camera installation.

    The technician they sent had no knowledge of how to move a 2 line phone across the room 20 feet. It took 2.5 hours for him to figure it out. He kept insisting the phone was connected to the internet, which was incorrect. After the long afternoon of not being able to service my customers, due to the phone line being compromised, I suggested the technician move the existing line from the office, under the floor to across the room. I was charged $225.00 for incompetence. Completely dissatisfied. I wasn't permitted to rate the value for the money @ zero so he gets a 1/2 star.

    On Thursday, 10/5/17 Pristine Communication sent a technician to Roberta M. to have a telephone line connected to a two-line telephone system. Roberta M. told the Technician that the two-line system was already in use by a telephone. After the requested line was connected, the technician could not get any service from the newly connected phone. He worked for over 1 ½ hours trying to get the phone working, when Roberta M. informed him of a 2nd phone already connected to the two-line system. This 2nd connected phone was in a dark, empty room that the technician did not know existed. At this point the technician explained to Roberta M. that the line was equipped to handle only 2 phones, so the newly installed phone would not function. With Roberta's permission the phone in the dark, empty room was disconnected and immediately the newly installed phone worked. Roberta apologized for not informing the technician about the 2nd phone, checked the new connection and endorsed the job with the check to us. We would be happy to help Roberta again with only clear communication to avoid any misunderstanding going forward. Thanks, Pristine Communication

    Had the work finished within two days of putting in a request on HomeAdvisor. There was a slight issue with the work (due to a miscommunication on my part) but after I got in contact with Pristine Communication, they sent the tech back out to my house and we got the issue sorted out at no extra charge. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and very helpful. It's not always easy to install CAT6 in some older Pittsburgh homes (like mine), but the work that was done is absolutely stellar!

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
