First, language barrier. Had an interpreter on the phone. Going back & and forth, some of the conversation was lost in translation. Second, not having proper equipment. Was gonna use a household rug vacuum cleaner to clean the ac vents and dryer vents on a 3 story house.

This is an outstanding company with outstanding customer service. Enjoyed the project from the first phone conversation all the way to the excellent follow-up ensuring my expectations were met. He also had before and after pictures. This is a very professional individual and my duct work came clean just like the name of his company. I strongly recommend Buddy as this is a true professional.
