Nick did an awesome job with our medicine cabinets. His work went above and beyond. When he noticed too-large gaps between the doors and frames, he drove all the way to the building supply store to get better-sized parts. Would definitely recommend him.

My experience with Nick was A++ from start to finish. When we first met, he took the time to understand my project and needs and to review options. He clearly cared a lot about his work and creating a special space for my family to enjoy in our home. His prices were reasonable (I got several estimates) and he stuck perfectly to the budget we agreed to. The finished product is even more beautiful than I had envisioned, it’s perfectly finished and created a great usable space in our home. 100% would recommend Nick for any and all construction work!

This was my second time working with Nick and the job was just as thorough and professionally done as the first project. We had new flooring and doors installed to refresh the space and it looks like new. Would definitely work with him again. Space was kept as neat as possible during the project and that was greatly appreciated as I was living in the house during the work. Nick is also easy to talk to and is always willing to answer any questions.

Everything went great. I wqas specifically impressed with the time invested to make the front door swing perfectly and keep the best seal possible. I've had other contractors they get the job "done" and don't do much else. One of these guys worked another hour or more after the door was working to make it perfect. Highly recommended.

My house is now over 30 years old and was starting to show its age. I called Pristine, initially, to rebuild an upstairs deck that was starting to separate from the house. Nick (the owner) did such a wonderful job that I hired him to remodel my 3 bathrooms, tile the ground floor, and build a large bedroom closet. Everything was done on time, on budget (his prices were fair and reasonable), and most importantly, all his work is done with pride and the kind of old school workmanship that you don't see that much of anymore. He was always polite and a pleasure to have in the house. At the end of every day Nick cleaned up the worksite and never left any mess. This man is a gentleman, a professional, knows his stuff, and does not take shortcuts. I can recommend Pristine without any reservations for any home construction project you may have. You will not be dissappointed.

This was the second job Pristine did for us, (the first was a deck renovation). Once again, Nick's professionalism and workmanship exceeded all expectations. The end product was amazing. The price was reasonable. The project was done on time with minimal impact to day to day life in our house. We asked Nick to do several labor intensive decorative touches to the bathroom, which he did beautifully. This man takes great pride in his work and is also pleasant to be around. He is knowledgeable in all areas of construction/renovation and you could not make a better hire than Pristine!!!

I did some research & had a few estimates, all in the same ballpark. Nick impressed me with his enthusiasm for the job. We got together in a reasonable amount of time. We went over my idea, tossed a few others around, and came back to the original. Nick was very thorough in going over the needed materials for this 12 x 18 project: Ipe w needed stainless steel hardware, lighted steps, black metal railings, faux stone. The one mistake I made was not in reading the contract carefully, as sealing the porch was not included. The construction proceeded smoothly. I was really impressed with the new footings created and felt assured this front porch would be solid & last for many years to come. Nick listened to my preferred placing of the boards. The lighted steps were just what I had envisioned. Nick went "the extra mile" by not only applying the stone work around the new porch and garage foundation, but also to the remainder of the rest of the front. I would use Nick again, and would recommend him to my friends.

I called Pristine to repair a second floor deck/balcony that was aging and starting to separate from the house. Nick gave me a fair and thorough estimate. He explained to me how long it would take, how he would do it, and walked me through the entire process. The man is a wizard with wood! The deck is now, not only as good as new, it is better...Sturdy, Safe, and Beautiful. Nick was on time, reliable, and always very professional. He cleaned up thoroughly every day and there was no mess. We were so happy with his work that we asked him to remodel our bathrooms. Overall we could not be more pleased with Pristine and can recommend them very highly!

Nick did an amazing job - we love the new Built-In cabinets and Fireplace surround. He helped us think through the design and than delivered against everything he said he would do. Compared to others we got quotes from, Nick's price was fair considering the amount of work that was performed. He used only highest quality materials, was very detailed in his proposal to ensure there were no misunderstanding's, and was meticulous to ensure the final product was of the best quality. Everything Nick did was custom for the space - my wife was scared of the size of TV I bought to mount above the fireplace, but Nick made it work - customized everything around it to ensure the TV fit in perfectly and didn't dominate the space. Nick did everything from re-routing wiring, HVAC, designing and building cabinets, sanding, painting, installing speakers, mantle, Stone tile around FP, TV, etc.... There was no nickel and diming - the price and the work we agreed to up front remained the same and Nick was true to his word which seems to be rare these days. We will definitely hire Nick again in the future for other home remodeling projects

All work was completed beautifully and explained thoroughly as it progressed. Nick always made sure to let me know where he was in all stages of progress and reached out when something unexpected came up. I have a house that had many structural issues we didn't know about until work started and Nick worked to fix it while also trying to stay within my budget. All told the work looks great and I would work with Nick again on future projects. He is a nice guy who does really good work.

Mr DeRosa is knowledgeable in many areas. He can handle most jobs by himself. When he starts a job, he stays on it until completion and does not jump from job to job. He is meticulous in his work, and equally so in cleaning up every day. Being a careful professional, the job may take a bit more time than estimated (but it will be done right). We also found Mr DeRosa to be a pleasant person to deal with. We would recommend him and use his services again.

We called them back to do the bathroom.  We liked the way they did the kitchen and plus they're local and I like using local people.  Local people have children in the school district, lives in the community, and he was on the job every day.  The owner of the company was on the job every day.  I enjoyed them.  They were a nice bunch of guys.  He also used local guys.  He's been on the honor roll for Angie's List a few years ago.  They're not in your booklet anymore, so I don't know if maybe he stopped advertising.  When we did the kitchen that's how I got them, from Angie's List and they were on the Honor Roll.

Absolutely GREAT! Nick did a great job. He listens and explains in detail all work to be done and provides a comprehensive written estimate. He is very accommodating and works with you as the project progresses. He approaches the project as he was working on his own home. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to detail. He cleans up during and at the completion of the project. Very neat! Most of all, Nick is an honest business contractor. We will use his services as long as he is available.

Nick is an all around good guy, and works hard to make sure everything goes extremely well. Nick is a real professional. We appreciated his attention to detail and for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end product. Everything went according to plan, there were no headaches. We plan to have him remodel our bathroom soon.
