From the jump, Josh & his Team were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and committed to seeing my new flagstone patio, & front yard landscaping, project(s) through from the dreaming & planning & pricing - right up until the AMAZING Completion! Don t waste time with other Companies - these guys are the Pristine PROS that you want working for you & your family!

This company was hired for sod and primarily drainage install. We were guaranteed the drainage downspouts would be ordered to match our gutters. We also requested an end cap put on the drainpipe to keep creatures from crawling up. Josh said they were ordered and would be in the following day, shook my hand, and said he would be back. I went ahead and paid for him. We have no downspouts that match and had to have end caps installed. In 6 weeks he has not returned emails, texts, or calls. He did not finish the job and live up to what was agreed on. I do not believe the matching downspouts were ever ordered, He gave excuses as to being too busy to go pick them up. Eventually, he just refused to answer.

Working with this company was a pleasure. After building our home, we were interested, in flowerbeds, a flagstone walkway, and also had a drainage problem in a small section of our yard. After speaking with them, Josh came over right away. He listened to all our wants and concerns, offered great suggestions, and worked very hard to put a plan in place with us. Very puntional, with a very hard working team (Ben and Wesley). Very attentive, and well thought out, laying out all materials to make sure everything was completed as wanted. Each day they also made sure to clean up after themselves. Even took the time to power wash our driveway on our last day of services with them. Needless to say, we are extremely happy and satisfied with everything! Would definitely recommend Josh and his company to anyone in need.

Very respectful. I have health issues that include an occasional speech impediment. When it occurred during our initial meeting- he could not have been more patient. I felt like I was walking my son thru my yard and explaining what I do and don t like. Pristine Lawn has exceeded my expectations. The billing system is straightforward, quick and easy. I appreciate a business that keeps their word, shows up on time, sticks to a budget and still stays polite. What more could you ask for?

The service given was second to none! Josh was great to talk too, all instructions were given very easily on how to take care of the new lawn and the company itself ensured that all was cleaned up before they left the job. The 2 lawn installers were courteous, polite and very knowledgeable on the product being installed. Ben Benoit and Wesley Nhan were great employees! I will use them again on future jobs at the house. We signed a one year contract and thus far we are pleased to report that as problems arise they are addressed immediately. We are a homeowners association with 19 units serviced according to our contract. He offers landscaping and flower bed care to individual homeowners when contracted to do so.
