I would give Pristine Painting zero stars if I could. I hired Erik to refinish an Ethan Allen bed for me on 11/2021. He brought it back to me in 12/2021. The quality of his work was anything but pristine. For starters, he did not even let the bed dry before wrapping it. He did not even let the stain dry before applying the polyurethane. There were runs all down the wood and missing stain and polyurethane because it was all over the plastic wrap. It was a HOT mess. My hands were brown by the time I got done unwrapping it. You can look at the pictures of his work on the other review sites. He said he would fix it so he picked it back up. It is June 2023 and I still do not have my bed back. I paid him $350 for half the job and I am also out what I paid for the bed. Not good value for the money. I texted home several times about my bed and he said he would bring it back. Now Erik is pretending that the phone number belongs to someone else. He wont respond through Facebook or phone. His customer service is nonexistent. DO NOT USE PRISTINE PAINTING. His work is crappy it will not make you happy. He also keeps your items. Angi needs to remove Pristine Painting from their list.

I appreciate them and on short quick notice, they were professional, and I appreciated them working with me on the budget I had.
