From start to finish, Melinda and Scott impressed us with their professionalism and can-do attitude. Melinda's color advice was spot-on -- we are extremely pleased with the end-result. Scott was presented with a number of challenges (wallpaper removal/wall repair/painting) during the course of our multi-room project, and he met each one with a fierce commitment to quality and a level of perseverance we have rarely encountered in our 30 years of home-ownership. On top of that, he's an incredibly nice person. We will definitely recommend Pristine Painting to our friends and neighbors. In fact,we already did that before the project was even half-completed!

Did a fantastic repair job on a hole in the ceiling from the relocation of a light fixture. Excellent attention to detail and thorough clean up at the end of the job. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work, very careful, very professional. Responded right away to my request, quote was done very quickly and a color consultation was included as well. We will use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Very nice people to deal with!

Pristine painted our foyer, living room, dining room, upper and lower halls, and kitchen areas. Each room included crown, molding and wainscoting? They were great to work with, neat, orderly and very good eye for detail. Started each day on time and work hard throughout project. We plan to use them again.

Melinda & Scott were very pleasant & friendly people. Scott arrived on time everyday & worked very hard to get the project done ahead of schedule. Melinda helped me pick out all the colors and I am happy with all but one--be careful choosing browns! There was a slight miss-communication in regards with what to paint on the windows. In two rooms I wanted the trim AND the windows painted, but only the trim was painted. Scott went back & did the windows promptly (for a extra fee). I am disappointed that he didn't use tape around window edges. He got paint on the glass & attempted to scrape it all off, but I will still have to scrape more myself.
Response from Pristine Painting & Decorating
"During my color consultation with Heather, she picked up a beige color that had a mauve undertone. Upon selecting the color, I informed her that the color would pull pink once up on the wall. The color went up and did, in fact, pull pink. She was not happy with this but my role is to assist and inform of color selections that work together and work with decorating tastes. The ultimate decision resides with the customer. With regards to the two windows, I let Heather know that we would be doing the window casings and baseboard trim. This does not include the windows themselves which was outlined in our proposal."

My experience with Pristine Painting & Decorating was a positive one. Melinda was professional, thorough, and helpful. Scott was outstanding. It is apparent that he has so much experience bc he was fast yet incredibly careful and neat. Our walls, fireplace, and shelves look better than I thought they ever could. We still can't believe all that he did in one day. We will definitely contact them in the future if/when we have more painting jobs. Two thumbs up!

Melinda & Scott were awesome to work with. Melinda helped me choose colors that would really make my home warm and inviting - especially when I go to sell it. Scott did an outstanding job painting the whole interior of the house. He worked quickly and installed a few extra things for me so I didn't have to call someone else. I am so impressed with both of these people and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have painting done. Price was competative to the other 2 companies I got estimates from.

Melinda and Scott are very friendly and helpful. Melinda helped me pick out color for one room where I couldn't decide, and pick out exact choices for the rooms I had decided on a color but not which tone or shade. The house looks great.

VERY GOOD JOB! They got the paint up quickly, they did a great job cutting in (usually painters I hire get paint on the trim, not these guys!) They even made sure to get the furniture back where it was when they were done so we could live our lives during the project without discomfort! All painters spoke english on the site, that was really great too!

Customer service from beginning to end was excellent. they took the time to answer my questions during the estimate phase and while they were on site. Any time something came up--i.e., a rotted board that needed to be replaced--they called and explained the situation and estimated the cost for replacement if I wanted them to do it. Very thorough all around.

My experience with Pristine Painting & Decorating was absolutely first-class. They responded quickly to what was admittedly a very small job, gave a quote over the phone, turned up early to complete the job (on a Saturday no less), and the craftsmanship was excellent. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for their types of service.
