DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPNY!!! Our invoice agreement states TRIM SHRUBS IN FRONT OF HOUSE, REMOVE WEEDS FROM FRONT BED AREA and APPLY MULCH TO FRONT BED AREA. They sent a guy who did not understand and hacked our shrubs down to STUMPS, left cuttings on top of another bush, DID NOT remove the weeds and DID NOT spray the front bed area with herbicide as they claimed. He spent a great deal of time chatting on his cell phone instead of doing the work. All of this is recorded on our door cam. Johnny and Manny took no responsibility for anything, did not even apologize, and then proceeded to lay our mulch right over the weeds, while falsely claiming they had removed many bags of weeds! DOOR CAM SHOWSTHEY DID NOT! By the next morning the weeds and grass were already taking over the new mulch. There was no sign in the weeds and grass that there was any chemical treatment used. We now have an overgrown mess surrounding the ugly stumps. All of this is recorded on our door cam and documented in photos on our phone. They refuse to return and fix our issues. They reply in email and twist our words and tell lies just as other clients have stated in their reviews. Expect Johnny to claim this is all falsely mis-represented as he did in other reviews. But we have complete video of every minute of their time on our property as well as photos taken every day since. The truth and proof supports their negligence. A company is only as good as it is in making amends for their mistakes. THIS ONE STINKS!!!

Pristine Properties did a fantastic job removing leaves around my house. Even did areas that wasn't contracted. Would hire them for other jobs as needed.

****DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY***DO NOT HIRE *** We hired Pristine Properties to Power Wash siding, deck and to stain and seal the deck. They sent someone with little to no experience. The kid showed up late at the beginning and while waiting for the deck **to dry** he did not show up on time and giving excuses. They soaked our outside light so much it burnt out, over sprayed stain on our air conditioner, did not stain the flower pot posts all the way and the deck overall was spotty. Johnny was notified of all of this, nothing happened but excuses! At the beginning of Fall, I went to clean the deck and the majority of the stain either faded or came off! Johnny came to look, apologized and said they would fix it in the Spring! Spring comes, deck looks worse!! Johnny sends out a kid and older guy with wire brushes to fix the **problem**! After complaining, I was told if I wanted a re-do I had to pay! OH HELL NO! Pictures provided on request.

Professional unambiguous agreement with the owner; work delivered on time as promised. Job was somewhat complicated; work crew needed to be re-directed but they willingly complied with the original agreement. I hope to continue a business relationship with this fine company; I believe the next go around to go off without difficulty. THEY'RE GREAT!!!

It was great doing business with Mr. Flores. He came out after contacting him gave a written estimate for yard cleanup work being done which I liked. His team does excellent work cleanup leaves, broken branches and other debris. Trim bushes and cut down a few old tree branches. Rates was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very professional organization . They did a great job on my windows and siding. The young man that cleaned my windows was professional and very polite - He removed his shoes and proceeded to perform the tasks as contracted. He did a GREAT Job!!!! It took about two hours, which was expected. Very nice young man.

Job was done well. After job was completed I could not get a written receipt or an occasion that I had paid in full. I was told I would receive something by computer. I took a photograph of the work or holding my check – – so that I could prove payment at a later date if necessary. Otherwise job was well done

We called Pristine Properties for a complete house powerwashing service estimate to include the gutters, two decks, walkway, porch, and windows. They were prompt and detailed with the estimate. After reviewing Pristine Properties on Home Advisor and seeing the great reviews they had we decided to go ahead with them. I can not accurately express how pleased we are with the service they provided. My house, decks, gutters, walkway, and windows look as good as the day the house was built. Mr. Flores and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product.
