I've used Pete and re Pete many times and I'm so glad I found them. They are so down to earth friendly and professional. The carpets always come out excellent. They even have a spot cleaner you can get from them that really works. I think their prices are reasonable. Way cheaper than replacing carpets.

Pete was wonderful. I wrote an email inquiry at 9pm on Memorial Day 5/28 and I got an email and a text response by 930pm and was able to book them that night. They came today 5/30 to clean the 4 carpeted bedrooms. They were efficient, kind, mindful of our new house (they wore shoe covers). The price is unbeatable- I price matched 4 other companies in the spotsylvania county area and they were the best priced, the most available, and it was so seamless from start to finish. The finished carpet is lovely and looks brand new! I'm extremely happy and I couldn't recommend them more! They are FANTASTIC!

I hired Pristine to help clean the home of a family member who has not been well for some time. The carpet was very, very dirty and stained. It looks fantastic. The family is thrilled with results. I've gotten the same results with my home steam cleaner. My dining room chairs that he charged me $10.00 each for, looked the same as before he cleaned them. I will think twice before hiring anther person to clean my carpets again. Waste of money!!!!!!

"Liquid/pet stains do not always come out of bright white fabric 100%. Some over the counter retail products used with home steam cleaners can actually set the stains in more. Customer satisfaction is my main goal,I always like to make sure the customer is happy before I leave, no problems were mentioned at the time of the service. I also cleaned other pet damaged items in the home for no charge as well as included free deodorizers and pet treatments for no additional charges, trying to help in any way I could. If there was anything else I could have done, I would have done it. Most of the time we have outstanding results with our cleanings."

I barley placed my quote request and the owner called me. He was in my area and offered to come over within 30 minutes. He actually had the right supplies on his truck to do the project on the spot! I would recommend them to anyone. Nice people.
