We had our well water tested by an independent lab (Virginia Cooperative Extension, VA Tech) and the only problem was Iron. Pristine's onsite testing was in line with the lab results. We had an Entek Birm filter installed. Another company suggested we install a water softener system. We would recommend having water tested by an indedpenent lab and obtaining proposals from several companies.

I can't say enough. Family owned! Friendly...Value! THe owner called and made initial contact immediately...the service manager followed up and allowed smart phone pics of the job site to help expectation. THe brother (ROY) came to the house and did the install. What a great job and experience with these folks! SMALL BUSINESS at its BEST! Hell might even go fishing with them in the future... Support these folks!

Pristine did a neat and thorough job. One hose was left off initially, and tey promptly returned and installed it a no additional charge. To please the Lady of the house, the serviceman actually purchased shoe covers to protect our floors.
