Barry Pritchard is the most polite, professional, and knowledgeable appraiser ever encountered. We have purchased and sold several properties in the past and he is by far the best! The report was comprehensive and an excellent presentation. Barry is extremely efficient, the report was completed in less than a week, whereas I have waited 10-15 days for one. If you do not consider Barry, you have done yourself a great disservice. Highly Recommend!

The roof was assessed by binoculars. I didn't know this was a not a good way to see if there were roof problems, so that is on me.

appraisal on july 5. arrived on time. professional. paperwork slow to arrive. suppose to send me a corrected page which I have yet to receive and today is july 27. Appraisal seemed low. Viewed land of property on google but did check buildings thoroughly. Prompt to arrive and receive money. Not so prompt with results.
