Private I Plumbing LLC

the two guys where very pleasant, knowledgable, and prompt. They explained everthing the did and explained the charges on the bill. I would use them again and would highle reccommend them to others.

Mark came to my rescue on a Saturday morning. He swiftly identified the issue and came to replace the leaky pipe the following Monday. When I suggested to get the parts at Home Depot, Mark insisted on getting me the higher quality parts, which I appreciate intensely, and will benefit from it for a long time to come. Marked show the highest integrity, efficiency, and quality. Definitely, definitely will call Mark again for any future repairs.

Mark was great! Had a plumbing issue in a late Sunday evening. He came within less than an hour and quickly identified the issues and what needed to be done. While he was at the condo, he also took time to look at an issue with the bathroom and also helped resolve an ongoing concern. Payment was easy and it’s great to work with him as one stop shop for plumbing.

It was so easy to deal with Mark for a new water heater. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend using Private I Plumbing if you need a water heater!

Great service! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend him.

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to my friends and family.

My first experience with Mark was exceptional, so I called him when I needed a plumber for a second time. He will be my "go-to" from now on. You know plumbers don't come cheap, but I did not feel in any way that I was over-sold for the work needed.

I discussed in detail with Mark about the plumbing issues. Mark was attentive, very professional and patient. He answered all my questions. He was able to to finish the project in one day. My main water line from the street busted and flooded my yard. A trench was dug by hand a new pipe was laid and water was flowing end of day. I highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues . He also walked around the house and fixed minor problems. I will be using Private Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Mark was super responsive, very knowledgeable and his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again for any of my future plumbing projects.

Awesome work by Private I. They were helpful and knowledgeable and quickly completed our projects. Will definitely hire them again.

Great experience. Arrived during a holiday weekend to assess a leaky water heater. Friendly, personable, and kept me in the loop with what needed to be done, along with options. Work completed the same day, and I will be hiring them again for upcoming projects.

Very honest!

Bad hot water heater. Came same day and gave bid which was lower than most. Completed work quickly the next day. Will hire him anytime I need plumbing work. very friendly and polite.A+++ in my book

My water heater failed and was leaking water. Mark came out and replaced and installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. I will use him for any future issues.

Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) On a follow-up call he even turned me on to a trusted electrician, cuz I need a bathroom ceiling fan installed. Two thumbs up!!

Was very satisfied with the work. He got done in timely matter and was very thankful he was able to help me when he did. Thanks

Mark was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to endure my persistent questions. Installation was quick no mess and works perfectly.

The guy was really prompt, very helpful, guided me through what was going on and showed me everything as he was assessing the situation. Reasonably priced, no surprises, very satisfied with the service.

Woke up to my wife saying , "Oh no the water heater is leaking water all over the laundry room!" Quickly turned off the water, drained the tank and called Mark from Private I Plumbing. He immediately reassured me he could handle the job and get our hot water running THAT DAY. Which is exactly how it went. He was personable, proficient, and very pleasant to deal with. One hundred percent professional got the job done smoothly with excellent communication and attention to detail. It's really a pleasure to find a guy to know he will do a great job for a fair price. I recommend him without reservation.

Mark, owner of Private I Plumbing, handled my water heater in a professional manner with no nonsense. He came up with solutions based on our needs at a reasonable price. Would love to hire him again for future projects.
