    Unprofessional company.

    5.0 Thomas D. Mechanicsburg, PA

Very easy to work with to get the project I wanted. The company had many colors and two grades of material. I would recommend this company.

    5.0 Tamara H. Columbia, PA

The installation process went very well. Rob and Adam made sure that everything was just right and made adjustments when I asked. They were very nice...I would recommend them. The fence looks so great... I purchased the heavier thickness and it seems to be very sturdy. My dog is happy too...

Replaced an old wooden fence - - - team worked very hard to remove existing fence posts and cement footings that were much larger than they needed to be. This was a significant amount of work and Prizm was very fair in dealing with costs related to this work. The outcome was outstanding and much appreciated as this was not the "norm."

As a customer of Prizm Vinyl Corporation we can attest to their super friendly professionalism, customer service, quality, and durability of their products, not just once but for the past 16 years. The fence is still in excellent condition while maintaining its chestnut brown color quality. It has lasted through all weather conditions. Over the years we have had trees fall on the fence. The vinyl, fence was able to sustain the impact and no damage or a few dents occurred. Five years ago our house was destroyed by fire but the fence remained standing. The only damage was from the firefighters cutting through the fence gates. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came to the rescue and was able to match the fence style and color and provide the replacement parts. Recently a truck backed into the fence that cracked a post and when a twister came through that part of the fence post and subsequent post snapped. But with every crisis, there is an opportunity. This gave us the opportunity to replace parts of the fence with a new gate. Unfortunately the fence design was no longer manufactured. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came up with a solution and was able to improvise. We took our unbroken parts to Prizm Vinyl Corporation and they found some matching parts from their inventory. They reassembled the unbroken fence parts into gates, and when the color did not match they were able to match the color by consulting a paint store that has paint that can be applied vinyl. Within hours we had all of the repaired parts reassembled in the same style and matching color. When it would have been easy not to service its customers, Prizm Vinyl Corporation went out of its way to help this customer remain satisfied.

I had previously given a rating of 1 due to problems with getting my gate lock repaired. That repair has since been completed so I am changing my rating. As previously mentioned, we were very satisfied with the product and the installers, as well as Ed throughout the whole process, until my gate lock issue. Since it took too long, in my opinion, to get my lock repaired, I still have to give a 3 for customer service, but 5 for everything else. Thanks for taking care of my lock Ed.

    5.0 Bill K. Harrisburg, PA

Ed was wonderful to deal with. They were running a week or two behind on their installs due to loss of one of their installers. Certainly something they have no control over. Ed was happy to work with me on the install date after that due to me being out of town. The guys who came to install did a great job inspite of the digging conditions. The fence and posts are all very sturdy. I went with the heavier grade fencing. They put at least one sixty pound bag of concrete in each hole, sometimes more. I personally watched them glue the post caps on and they all seem to be holding. I purchased the better gate lock. It seems solid enough. Being a remodeler for 30 years I've installed a few gate locks myself and this seems to be one of the better ones. I wasn't pressured at all for the final payment. I would recommend prizm to anyone. Good product, MADE IN THE USA, for a reasonable price.

Ed was great initially and the installation team did a nice job. I had an issue with the locks and got them replaced, although it took longer than I thought it should have. About two months ago, one of the locks fell off. I contacted Ed and he said he would send a repair guy out the following Monday. It has been 5 weeks and it still has not been fixed, nor is Ed responding to me. I had read about others problems with the gate locks Ed uses, but they also said he repairs the problems. Unfortunately he did not repair mine. My fence turned out very nice and the installers did a nice job and Ed was very nice., but I am very disappointed in the gate locks because I have a swimming pool without a lock for a month and a half and a business owner who does not seem to care. He sure cared when he was trying to get my business though. Now, I have got to pay someone to repair my gate lock, so it is an expense that I should not have, but do. It is tough to say that I would not recommend them because their work was solid, but Eds got to do a better job of service after the sale. Ed I can update this review once my locks issues have been taken care of

8/19 Had Ed and his team do a fence job for us about 9 months ago. The craftsmanship is sub-par at best. The workers were very nice and helpful along the way, but that is where the pleasantries ended. A few days after completion we had a few fence posts start leaning. Contacted one of the gentlemen that did the work he came and straighten the post. The same issue happened again a month or two later, leaning fence post and the caps on top of the post constantly blow off in the wind. Fast forward 6 months to 2/2020, Prizm vinyl starts contacting us about the negative reviews we posted about the work, and we came to an agreement, come out and fix the fence and we will adjust the reviews accordingly.. someone came out within 2 days and *fixed* our leaning fence post. They did not add more concrete or dig anything up. It looks like they just packed down the dirt around the post. Fast forward to mid-march 2020, our fence post is still loose and wobbly and leaning... Maybe it is just me, but I do not think fencing should lean and wobble after not even a year.

    Response from Company:

Mike G? signed his paperwork on 6/5. Installation began 7/24, completed 7/26. At the time his order was placed our lead time was 4-6 weeks. There was a one-week delay in installation. Mike G signed a contract which clearly states Prizm shall not be liable for damages or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any priority system established by any agency of the United States Government, fires, floods, storms, other acts of God, accidents, strikes, insurrections, war, shortage of materials, lack of transportation and failure of performance of subcontractors and/or suppliers for similar reasons. Failure of Prizm to perform for these reasons aforesaid shall not be grounds for purchasers cancellation of its order but the delivery date shall be extended accordingly. Our installer spent several hours at this customers property reviewing the layout and revising it over and over as the customer changed his mind several times. The day after the installation started Mike G(customer) went out and shook the posts. He then called our installer to let him know they were loose and wobbly. Ed, the owner of Prizm Vinyl called and asked Mikes wife Kayla to advise her husband not to push on the posts because the concrete had not set. The wife apologized and assured him she would let her husband know not to touch the posts. On 7/30, four days after installation was complete Mike G sent three pictures of posts that had shifted. Our installer returned to the property to address the customers concerns and align posts again. At that time, he discovered that the neighbors pool had been drained causing the posts to move. In addition, a severe storm had occurred and the combination of the two events undoubtedly shifted the fence posts. Below you will find a few text messages (copied exactly) from Mike G. These messages are quite relevant when addressing his review. Please note: The installer was very responsive and made several trips back to the customers house to address the issues. Unfortunately we cannot copy everything as we are limited in characters. However, we will be happy to provide screenshots of the entire thread of messages if anyone is interested. -"Yeah idk. It wasnt like that a few days ago, cause I walked around and checked everything. It looked great as of Sunday." -"No they havent been out because of putting in the pool. I mowed Sunday but went around with push mower. And didnt mow where the loose dirt way. We had some rain today. Like it poured fir 15 or 20 min. But thats the only thing out of the norm since youve been here. Mike G: Nope it is way below that. Bits at the bottoms portion of their yard. If you remember where they put the plastic in to catch the run off from the dirt, its on the other side of that plastic. It wasnt bumped into anything. Theres 2 post at the bottom thats the same way" -"My wife left a message for Ed when you seen it but he hasnt got back to us. If I had to take an educated guess, Id say it rained hard, saturated the ground, the concrete isnt set and it caught some wind and knocked everything out of shape. Thats be my guess. But I wanted to reach out to you guys right away. Since it was just put in?" In his review Mike G neglected to include all the details surrounding the issues he was having with his installation. He accused Prizm of not coming back, not responding to him, which is simply not true. In addition, he even claimed to have paid $8,000.00 for his fence when the actual amount was $6976.22. Prizm Vinyl Corporation has installed well over 1400 fences through the years. We would be doing ourselves a disservice to say that every installation occurs without any issues arising. What we can say is that we address any/all issues making every attempt to satisfy our customers.
