iT IS MY PLEASURE TO RECOMMEND MR. ALBEN EDWARDS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, RETURNED FOR FOLLOW-UP, AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL OUR VERY DIFFICULT PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. HE TRULY WENT 'ABOVE AND BEYOND' THE CALL OF DUTY, AND HE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I CERTAINLY RATE MR. EDWARDS AS "5 STARS."

The job by Pro A/V was professional. Pro A/V mounted a articulating arm bracket which is not your ordinary wall mount. Here it 5 months later and the mount along with plasma is still up

They made a huge mistake and said that they could run a cable from the box outside and then they determined there was no box outside (after job had begun) - They hooked up DVD to wrong TV - They have not finished the job (wiring for 2nd TV and intallation of Infrared converters) - They have ignored e-mail from my husband (sent 12/1/2007) to set appointment to complete work.
