The contractor incorrectly installed the garage door opener by attaching it to the sheetrock and not the hood in the ceiling, overtime the opener separated from the sheetrock forcing it to slam to the ground causing damage to the door and the railing system. After proof was sent to the contractor he denied any wrongdoing after a few days he responded he would come to take a look at it but never came. He denied doing a improper install but another company had to do the repairs and told me what errors were made during his install. I have yet to hear from the contractor.

Andre came out and gave me an estimate, then we scheduled the work. He was prompt with a Quick turn around. he also explained everything he did, maintenance requirements and what to do if any problems came up

Andre was prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. He replaced two old garage door openers with new ones. I thought about taking away a star for him putting some of the trash in the recycling bin, lol. Seriously, he did a great job and cleaned up my garage afterwards. He stayed to make sure I got the app working on my phone and was able to open and close the doors with the app. I highly recommend him.

Andre showed up on time, worked more than a full day and came back early the next day and finished. He stuck to the quoted price, was professional and honest and clean. Excellent communication and knowledge of his trade. Mine was a large job and he stayed with it until it was complete. Even made a few improvements on the materials provided with the doors I purchased. His prices are lower and the service is better. Iâ m glad I have his number in my phone.

They arrived on time and got the job done. They helped program all my remotes and keypads and just made it a breeze. They answered all my questions and concerns. And what i like most of all is that they cleaned up any mess that was made from the install. I highly recommend.
