ProActive Construction

My name is Bob Filippi and I am a retired attorney who has spent his whole career litigating against insurance companies. I looked on home advisors for somebody to do repairs on roofs that were damaged in a hail storm in Midland Texas. I came across pro active construction and Stephen Wooster. Since I live in Hana Hawaii and the properties were in Midland Texas I had to go on blind faith. But so did Stephen. After they necessarily feeling out stages, I essentially left everything to Stephen Who did all the repairs required, negotiated final settlement with the Insurance carrier. I would not have gotten anywhere near as good a result if I had done it myself, even with my experience than what Stephen Worcester was able to do. I would highly recommend him. Good luck!

Luis, the owner, was readily available and contacted me quickly with any concerns or recommendations. He was aware of the problem I had with a previous roofing company and didn t have any problem with me basically bird dogging the crew while they worked. I am very pleased and will use ProActive again if needed and recommend them without hesitation.

The quality of work and materials used are excellent ! This project was completed on time and the cleanup after was the absolute best .

ProActive Construction has installed 3 roofing systems for me. They did an excellent job on all of them. Luis integrates high quality craftsmanship in all of his work.
