Pro-Active Sewer & Drain

I am at a loss, I do not know what to do. I have been using Proactive sewer drains for years for my clients and their properties and they used to be good. New ownership? I have no idea what is going on. I just used them for my home and they have been an absolute nightmare. They got the insurance payout and ghosted me and wont come back to fix anything that they messed up and now I have a sinkhole in my yard that is growing. They removed my fence and then did not put back the trim to stop rocks from rolling out. They did not put back all the Flagstone, so I have a random piece in my yard that was never put back. They poured the concrete and did not remove the wooden slats in two areas. I messaged/called them multiple times, took about two months to get them back out. The wooden slats were causing water to build up on the walkway that would then freeze and turn into an ice-skating rink death trap. They put the clean-out in the middle of my yard instead of somewhere that makes sense down by the sidewalk. Did not consult me on a preference of location, just stuck it there and now there is a sinkhole in my yard because they were supposed to come back and put in new sod and fix the sprinklers and they never did. When they were installing it, I asked him to stop and put it somewhere else down by the sidewalk. He confirmed that he could have put the clean out there, and avoided ripping up any sprinklers and new sod but it was too late since they already started. Now, I can not get them to come back or even to tell me if this is normal or not. Everything in the ground is shifting, and getting bigger and bigger. I was on the schedule twice last month and they just did not call showed, I followed up, and crickets. I keep emailing and calling I get told someone will be there Monday and they do not show up or contact me to reschedule. So instead of wasting my time trying to schedule them, I am wasting my time warning others to stay away from this company.

Phil and his crew did a great job repairing a broken water line and installing a curb stop at our library in Georgetown. He met his bid and persevered through getting all the permits, meeting with the water department, obtaining a license, etc. The back hoe work was kept to a minimal space and his repairs to the street, sidewalk and cement floor were neat. The crew finished in a timely matter. We are pleased and would recommend him and use him again if needed.

Phil can came out late on a Sunday evening for an emergency call. His rates are very fair and his work is thorough I would highly recommend him
