Hey Everyone! I just had to share my recent experience with Pro Air Tech HVAC. It all started with a routine service call that didn't go as planned due to a service tech who didn't do his job properly. But, all that was quickly forgotten when one of their senior technicians, Andrew, came out to save the day. Andrew spent about two hours meticulously going through every detail of my HVAC system, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Not only did he fix the issues, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. It was clear that he was dedicated to making sure my HVAC system was functioning flawlessly. One thing that really stood out to me was when Andrew advised me to hold off on replacing my upstairs A/C unit. He explained that getting a new system now with a different type of coolant would end up costing more in the long run, as the older coolant would eventually be phased out. This was in stark contrast to what a competitor, Central Heating and Air Conditioning, had told me. They tried to push me into getting a new system immediately, using fear tactics about flammable coolant. Thankfully, Andrew set the record straight and saved me from unnecessary expenses. I can't recommend Pro Air Tech enough for their exceptional service and honesty. If you're looking for a company that goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, look no further. Great experience. Installers were awesome

Awesome experience. I submitted a request on Sunday afternoon to Home Advisor. Matt Carney called back on Sunday & came to my home on Monday. Gave us several options without any high pressure sales tactics. Very knowledgeable & professional. The installers, Dylan & Daniel, came on Wednesday. They were fast but thorough. Left no mess behind. The financing is incredible as well. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. AWESOME COMPANY!!!

Matt, Trent, Annette and their entire team are so kind, respectful, and understanding of your needs. Matt was great and made sure to offer what I needed and did not try to upsell me. I hated that about their competitors. It's a small company that holds honesty, quality service and complete customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities. This holds high ranking in my book and they have earned a lifetime customer in me and my family. They really work hard to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and exceed all expectations. I recommend then 100%.

Very professional in every regard from customer service to installation to keeping me the customer informed and satisfied. Very affordable cost for HVAC and install comparatively speaking. And whatâ  s not to like about 0% APR financing for 60 months for qualified applicants.

Just great folks who have your interest in mind. So unlike many of the big advertising companies. They seem to have their own agenda.
