    The team of movers were polite, punctual, and had a good work ethic. The cost was good. My biggest complaint is they didn't take necessary precautions to prevent damage to the furniture. They put our furniture directly on the floor of the truck and this caused the finish to be damaged on several pieces. They should have placed blankets underneath the furniture and between pieces to prevent scrapes and abrasions to the furniture finishes.

    You get what you pay for. They completed the move in one day rather than two but damaged a number of items, including losing a piece of the dining room table.

As far as I know, we haven't lost pieces of the dining table, and one of the crew members called you and let you know where to find them.
