Service installer, Nick, called first and showed up exactly on time. The installation was going very smoothly. He took out my old, broken stove and gave me a chance to clean up while he brought in my "new " stove from my garage. While making the final connections, he noticed a tiny crack in the regulator.. Since he could not guarantee that there would be no gas leak, he stopped, capped everything off safely and explained the problem. Even though we couldn't complete the installation, I am very grateful to have found someone so honest and conscientious and cared more about doing the job right than finishing and collecting his bill!! Nick came when he was scheduled to come. He was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. He worked very efficiently and did a VERY good job installing my window air conditioner, taking the time to put weather stripping and caulking everywhere that was necessary. He even put the battery in the remote control for me and told me how to clean the filter! He also cleaned up the mess from the AC's packaging. It was a job very well done and was totally worth the reasonable price! Also there were no unexpected charges. The price for the work was exactly what I had been quoted. I'd recommend him to anyone for any installation job!

What I thought was a straight installation turned out to have some snags. Not great, but greatly appreciated the time and effort taken to correct the wrongs and things that were not up to code. Nick was very upbeat, sincere regarding his work. The end result was so satisfying. This company and it's employees are like a diamond in the rough.

I am very happy with Nick's Pntrelli and Pro Appliances performances on the Gas dryer installation. He went beyond the line of duty and I like that one to one care that he provided. I even told the Vice president of my chuch and he wants to retain Nick's services in the near future. I am also comtemplating retaining Nick's services very soon, As I am umemploy at the moment and once I get the funds I will be contacting Nick for his services. Dryer Vents Cleaning Service

My experience was excellent. The installer, Nick Pontrelli, came right on time--in fact, he came early because it's hard to find a parking space in Manhattan. Our old KitchenAid dishwasher was over 30 years old--it originally came with a sink/countertop attached (in other words, a complicated job). That is why I elected NOT to use PC Richard's installers (who are pretty good)--I had a feeling this might be too much of a challenge and I was right. Bottom line: Nick handled all the problems and the new dishwasher works like a charm--QUIETLY--unlike our old workhorse relic.
