We would like to recommend Pro Arbor Tree Service. Ben and his team did a great job this week removing trees and trimming heavy limbs at three of our properties in Anniston, AL. Ben came out the following day after we called him, and he gave us expedient quotes on site. He then followed up with those quotes in writing via email, and communicated very well throughout the process. The quotes were very reasonable. This company has the equipment necessary to tackle all types of jobs including an industrial-sized bucket truck to reach high places, and they climb the trees for limbs inaccessible by truck. They also have someone who grinds the stumps if needed. Our jobs were such that I believe we used every piece of equipment they owned. The work they did looks fantastic. When finished, Ben and his team removed all debris, and cut up some nice pieces for us to use as firewood and even stacked it for us. All other debris was hauled off with them. They also swept and used the blower, and picked up any small items left behind by the cutting. Aside from a few flakes of sawdust, you would never have known they were here. Super nice guys, talented tree cutters, and overall great customer service and business acumen. We recommend this company hands-down.

Ben met me on a Tuesday to look at the job. Quoted me a fair price. We decided to use him. He and his crew were there early on Thursday, ON TIME. It's refreshing when people show up on time and do what they say they're going to do. Ben goes the extra mile. The clean up was fantastic. We have another tree we'll probably take down and I wouldn't consider anyone but Ben to have it done. I am very pleased and highly recommend him.

Very professional - Ben did everything he said he would do. I had 3 trees that were 65 to 70 ft. tall and Ben dropped all the limbs and trunks in one area, so the cleanup was quick and didnt damage grass around them.He even put down plywood, so his small track machine would not damage the lawn. The price was reasonable and he submitted insurance papers without a problem. One of the trees Ben had to climb - 2-1/2 hours after starting Ben had the tree on the ground. The crew worked great together - out guess each other. My wife said and I agree we will use Pro Arbor for the next trees. Very satisfied. D.R.

Ben was a true professional. He made several trips to the property prior to discuss which trees to remove. When the day came for removal he made quick work of the dozen trees. The cost was very reasonable. I could not have been any happier. Will use him again in the future.
