This is the second home we have had built by Pro Build. Iâ d have them do my third! Dustin is fantastic to work with. He really got us what we wanted but also helped us have realistic expectations. Iâ d highly recommend using him as your builder. Quality is superb and above standards. We absolutely love our new home!

We bought a double lot and he did not asked if we wanted to keep any of the trees on the lot; simply cut down nearly all the trees; also refused to place the house in the center of the two lots to increase space between the neighbors. Installation of driveway did not take into account runoff water washing away the soil around the culvert under the driveway; asked him later to view the damage and he never came by. Improperly installed oven door; as a result, heat emanates from the oven and has ruined the granite countertop; also believed that the microwave and oven were purchased from a "scratch and dent" outlet; asked him to come look at the oven but refused to look at it. Cut corners, literally (instead of adjusting the stepladder to the attic, they cut off the feet of the ladder to make it fit.) Left a hole in the shower wall where the shower head protrudes. Shoddy crown molding application; would only have it around the highest point of the ceiling. Basically, would not guarantee his work, even during the 1 year warranty period.

Perhaps I can help, but first, if I could please clarify a few things. 1) The home you purchased from us 2.5 years ago was a spec home, new and move-in ready, not a custom home. We owned the lots and built one of our regular plans on those lots and sold it to you after the home was constructed. When you purchased the home you accepted the house located on the lot and other design choices that we make on our spec homes. 2) We walked through this home with you on at least two occasions prior to closing and we addressed any concerns that you had with the home. 3) During the one-year warranty period you only contacted us one time and the issue was addressed. We value our homebuyers and as you can see we have many five-star reviews, including from our repeat homebuyers! We would like the opportunity to see if we can help. We took a standard plan and made some modifications. From the start they were very easy to work with and professional. That continued through the whole process. House was delivered on time and within budget. We have now lived in the house right at a year and had just a couple minor things to correct and again it s all being handled with ease. I highly recommend them!

Dustin is great to work with! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He built us a beautiful custom home! The home buying process was so easy with him, he helped/did more than our realtor and mortgage lender did when it came to the lending process, dealing with banks and when it was time for closing! What builder does that? We LOVE our home and the quality exceeds all of our expectations. We highly recommend Dustin and his team at Pro Build, Inc.

Dustin Popejoy is amazing to work with!!! I can't say enough about his business he runs. It truly was a great experience beginning to end. He made it so easy, especially knowing how difficult things can be. It is extremely hard to find a person and/or business that you can trust anymore. Dustin went above and beyond expectations from the beginning to end. Taking in every consideration and doing everything he could to make my wife and I dream come true. Dustin is very honest and if he felt like things were not going to work out the way we envisioned them he would think of another way to make it work. Dustin kept us up to date from beginning to end and still calls to check on us even after the build is complete. There is a lot to say to that alone. If anyone is on the fence on building or even has home renovations needing to be done I strongly suggest calling Dustin and would recommend him to anyone.

Since remodeling our kitchen was our first major project we needed expert guidance from start to finish. We chose Pro Built and are very satisfied with their service. Dustin PopejoyÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs oversight of all phases of our remodel was professional, proficient and reassuring and minimized the inconvenience of living without a kitchen for a time. His after-job follow-up on details was also appreciated. We would use Pro Built for future projects.

Dustin is truely a PRO. He is honest and trustworthy and bids fair prices. He does not try to nickle and dime you for extra charges. He writes a comprehensive contract spelling out the work so you know what your getting with no surprises. He supervises the subs and makes sure it is a quality job. Highly recommended.
