Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Mark replaced and enlarged our old deck. The quality of his work is outstanding. The bid was reasonable, and the work was completed much sooner than we anticipated..a very nice surprise. The gang stayed late to finish quickly. Mark even dug up and replanted some bushes for us. Would certainly recommend Pro Builder of Louisville, and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Mark's company built a beautiful deck and privacy fence in our backyard. The fence also included two gates. Mark was prompt with an offer and the price was great for us. We LOVE sitting on our deck and the privacy fence has made our backyard perfect for enjoying the weather while our pups run around. We are VERY happy with the overall craftsmanship of the work, as well as the looks of both the deck and fence. I would definitely recommend Pro Builder of Louisville!

Mark and his guys did a great job re-siding our bay window. The Craftsmanship was excellent and they cleaned up well when they were done. He was punctual and completed on schedule.

Shed, Barn or Playhouse - Build
Pro Builder (Mark and his father Phil) constructed a 40'X60' (more or less) barn for me a few years back. They did the WHOLE job, and they did it well. I did not want to deal with subcontractors so Pro Builder handled all of that for me and they were completely transparent about their subs, and what the costs were. I basically wanted to have them do it all - I travel for work - and they did. Again - really well. The project (pictured on their website I think) involved design of the building (subject to my approval), plan and elevation drawings of the structure, clearing and prepping the site for construction (tree removal and gravel work), onsite construction of engineered uprights, sinking uprights, various framing, installation of windows and stairs, outsourcing of custom and engineer certified rafters, insulation work, metal work, cement work, and some electrical work (the only part I handled). Phil and Mark shared subcontractor invoices with me, presented (hardcopy) monthly progress reports (dollars spent against budget), and formalized all change orders such that all costs/schedule concerns were understood. I knew everything I needed to know for the project to continue to move forward. I would (and have) recommend Pro Builder to _anyone_ that asks, these guys are great. They "get it" when it comes to customer service and satisfaction and obviously also with skillset and craftsmanship.

The craftsmen of Pro Builders keep you involved in every decision at every step, so that you are guaranteed to get exactly what you want. Their conduct is both highly professional, and exceedingly courteous and friendly. Projects are completed on time or ahead of schedule, the invoices are straight-forward. These folks deliver, and they do it on the cheap. You'd be hard pressed to find better quality work for your money.
