Doug did a great job replacing our front door. We live a couple hours away, so we coordinated for him to pick up the door from Home Depot and meet with our tenant to complete the work. I never actually met Doug through the process, but texting and a couple quick calls did the trick. He was very efficient, and thorough. The tenant said he was very polite too. Doug power-washed the exterior of my brick chimney and applied a sealer. He arrived on time and was personable and efficient. I would definitely hire him to do other projects as they occur.

Doug did an outstanding job repairing a much needed roof project both on the front and back of my house. He not only repaired all the damage from dry rot, but redesigned the area so there will never be another problem (bad design by original builder).

We have called on Doug twice now for home repairs. The first was for weather stripping a couple of doors. He went over all options with me and did the best job for our budget which solved our draft issues .He was very professional, on time and honest which is why we kept his card and called him a second time when we came home to a flooded laundry room with water dripping thru the ceiling. Doug correctly assessed over the phone that we had an HVAC issue and sent out an excellent A/C service he knew right away. Doug came out later himself an got our ceiling dried out and patched. Recommended!

I had a small, wood project that required precision cuts and dados for a bookcase I wanted to install myself. I know many contractors won't bother with small jobs, but Doug, at Pro-Built Construction, helped me. He did precision work and on time. His workmanship was neat and tidy. What I liked about using Doug, I used him as a sub but when he gave me a proce he did not low ball and try to add things afterward, it was complete and with everything I asked for and done according to my wishes. His work was top notch and sorely missed when he moved.
