Pro Care Systems

I called Pro Care for an emergency cleaning right before a holiday weekend. Could not be more pleased w/ the results. They were on time & the carpets were cleaned within an hour. Would definitely call again.

I put in my request on a Sunday expecting that I wouldn't get any calls until Monday, but Pro Care called me that same day. They came out within an hour or two to give their estimate, and four days later they were in there doing the job. They did a great job, and we have no complaints.

We had a ripple develop in our carpet. Bob came out, and within minutes had it repaired. Fast, curteous, and new his stuff. thanks

Most importantly, the serviceman did a very good job restretching my carpetting which had wrinkled in many places. Appointments for home service are by nature a little unpredictable timewise, but the serviceman kept me informed so I wasn't just waiting for hours at home wondering when he'd show up. I REALLY liked that. Only downside was it seemed a little expensive. Not sure if $200 is overpriced for about an hour or so worth of work and a house call.

He showed up on time even called ahead, did a very good job in removing a burned piece of carpet and putting in a patch with a piece of spare carpet I had.

Bob was willing to work with me for minimum loss of work time by calling me when he was on his way. He was very positive and kept me posted as he worked. In the end, I'm pleased with a job well done.
