Pro Clean

When I called to schedule they told me one of their subsidiaries would do the work. They arrived and stated that they required the use on my broom, and they did not use a vacuum anywhere in the house. Which left debris all over the floors. They also used vinegar on all of the countertops leaving puddles of vinegar for me to wipe down. I had to go back in and reclean the home after they left!

Two guys showed up and had no idea what to do, nor could comprehend what needed to be cleaned. After explaining, they said they did not bring supplies to wash floors. I let them use my Swiffer Wet Jet. The house was filthy from construction, yet they did not change the pad. There were black streaks on the floors. They did not wash under the kitchen table or chairs, rather around the table. After vacuuming for an hour, they realized the vacuum they brought did not work, and asked our construction crew if they could borrow their vacuum! They left to find a vacuum. 4hrs later, i called a clueless and rude customer service number. The office didn't realize that they gave me a contract, and offered to send another crew sometime next week. My company was arriving that evening. Hours later the crew finally came back and after vacuuming for 3 hrs, there was no difference. If I could give a rating of negative stars, I would. DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY. I booked Pro Clean, yet the billing came from Better Quality Service. There is no quality or service. Look elsewhere.

This was by far the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. I think there should be some comparison of what "clean" means when you are selecting a company to clean your basically empty house. My basement was not cleaned at all and I called twice about it. I was not in town and was told this by my grown son. When I arrived a couple of days later I took pictures. It was unbelievable. Basement shower exterior not even touched. Harwood floors not washed so there is evidence my renter had spilled something. The tile in my main floor bathroom was untouched (and I specifically said I wanted it cleaned). The basement bar top still had crumbs on it and there were candy wrappers on the floor. The baseboards were untouched and the dust came off I balls when I swept them off. I was very disappointed. I have been unemployed for over a year and this was a big expenditure for me. I should have flown home and done it myself. The airline ticket would have been almost as much as the cost of the service. I took pictures I'd love to send as proof of the cleaning quality. They did a great job on the windows however.

This service was phenomenal. I was initially nervous but Alexandria and Tela put my mind at ease right away. Amazing customer service and they always followed up with me to walk me through the entire process and make sure i was happy with everything! We now are doing business with each other on a regular basis! So happy I found them!!!

Dont use them the give you one price and charge you then sub it out to someone else who wants more money a lettet to bbb is coming

The person should be more prepared. he had no vacuum and needed to have one dropped off. He lacked certain cleaning supplies that might have done a better job. Overall he was friendly and tried his best but for the money I expected more experience and a better prepared person. It makes you question the quality of the service.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The day of the project only one crew member showed up on time, which was pointless because he didn't have the truck required for the project. The undersized truck along with the other two guys came 2 1/2 hours later. They were unable to finish and promised to come back the next day. Day two, 1 1/2 hours late, made one run and never came back. Day three, never showed at all. Not a single person in their office knows how to return a phone call, or schedule. The only positive experience is they admitted their failure and are refunding me.

They came 1 day early which was perfect! First one young man came by himself loaded the truck alone, and told me he would be back. He then came back with another young man and they loaded up their truck with so much stuff and tied it down. They were AWESOME! If I could I would give them an A+++++++!!!! Thank you so much!! Sean and EJ are the BEST!!!

Defiantly will use her services again! Pro Clean is a solid company.
