They ruined our carpet, they took no responsibility, said they would fix it, and instead made it 100 times worse. Came back 3 times and even lifted it and were not able to put the carpet back to how it was prior to them starting. Do not hire them. We had two other PROfessional companies come for a second opinion and we are told it was too far gone and was left too wet for too long.
