Bryan did a great job cleaning our carpets. We had some difficult spots that another cleaner was unable to remove but Bryan did. I would recommend ProClean to anyone who wants to have their carpets steam cleaned.

Overall experience was just fine. Prompt, friendly and experienced. A couple of stains remain, one of which is very new so should have come out. No offer to reposition furniture but I had done the original moving myself in the morning so maybe he thought that was what I wanted.

The amount discussed over the phone was off by 40%. Could have been my misunderstanding of pricing procedures. He did work hard and was careful. Most of the area was very well cleaned; but may have missed- one small area.
