Did not clean my roof, leave it in worse contrition, claim to be eco-friendly but he is not, damage the flowers, grass, roof plants and driveway with his truck, and he does not want to hold liable for the damages cause.

What a fantastic job! We had years of dirt and mildew on our gutters and particularly our chimney. The owner was very pleasant as well as easy to set up an appointment with. My house now looks 100% better then it previously did. I highly recommend this business for all your power washing needs you will not regret it!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We hired them to Clean to gutters. It started with the loud banging noise James made and us wondering why the loud noises. He was jamming a pole and damaging our gutters. He was * done* within thirty minutes of arriving at our house. When we went to investigate, the gutters looked worse than before he arrived. He had NO intention of rinsing the gutters clean, wiping them down to remove the debris on the sides that were there from his *cleaning.* When we questioned him on the rinsing, wiping, and clearing portion, his answer was it will rain soon and wash it away. He claimed to have tested that theory on family houses and the rain works just as well (he claimed). OK, then we are supposed to clean the mess that shoots out of the gutters once it finally does rain? My husband and I BOTH argued with him for longer than it would have taken him to do the job we thought he was hired to do. He finally took the sweatshirt off his back and got back up on the ladder to *clean.* (How professional!) His website clearly states, *After everything is cleaned, we run a hose or a 5-gallon bucket of water down the gutter to make sure everything is flowing correctly, and properly down the downspout. All debris is removed from the property upon completion. DO NOT LET HIM ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

Super-fast response from James at ProClean Plus! Courteous, professional and excellent, he made an algae-covered north wall and a moss-blanketed set of steps look brand new at a extremely reasonable price. He also took seriously my concerns about shrubs that couldn't take chemicals. He has my highest recommendation!

He scheduled the visit earlier than requested which worked out great!! He was very helpful and discussed with me a maintenance plan. I'm not sure about the going price of cleaning out gutters, but for what I had done, it was a reasonable price. Would definitely call them again when the time comes.
