I felt like I was cheated. They overcharged for a "deep" only to find they missed many things. Unfortunately didn't notice until after. 2 people... 2 hours. $500+. Am I stupid or what. Way higher than the estimate. According to him, it was 100 extra for cleaning 2 leather couches which took him all of 15 mins. HORRIBLE.

"I am so sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service you received. We performed a deep clean in your home approximately 2 1/2 to 3 months ago. We were there for approximately 3 hours and you did a walk through with us when we finished. We always request the client to walk through with us when we finish in case there is something they see we may have missed. At the walk through you were pleased with the job we had done. I performed a leather cleaning on two couches with a special cleaner designed specifically for leather. It took much longer than 15 minutes to clean your leather furniture. At the time of your payment if you had thought you were paying more than what the estimate was you should have said something. We would have worked out a cost more in line with your budget at the time. Also, if you had noticed things after we left you should have called us immediately. We either would have come back to take care of the things you felt we missed or we could have given you a credit on the charge. We are a company that stands behind our work and feel that customer satisfaction is the top priority always"

This team was flexible, affordable and worked within the perimeters of the project and went above and beyond of just mold removal. They removed all of the basement furniture as well as carpets and padding. Clean as a whistle and we are extremely pleased as we could not physically do too much of the work ourselves. Hire this team and you will not be disappointed
