Got the water out and dried the flooded basement. Returned in a few days and removed all the damaged stuff. Left basement in great shape.

He was very professional. He told us each step he would do. then started the job doing each step as said, no hesitation or delays. When he finished politely told us he was finished and left. Giving us the estimated drying time. He had placed styrofoam under the legs of furniture as needed.

Anthony and Joe did great getting my carpets clean. They were badly soiled and stained. They went above and beyond and made a tremendous difference.

Did a pretty good job fast. I'm not 100% happy with the outcome but my damage was pretty bad so they did save as much of my basement as they could. I will say they did know their business and what had to be done. Overall I would recommend them

There were spots left but they were red kool aid and I didn't expect them to come out.

I wasn t there when the work was done but when I came home I was very happy. I did have 2 very ugly stains and they did probably as good as anyone could have done. I was hoping for a miracle but under the condition I was kidding my self.

The gentleman arrived on time , was very courteous, wore shoe covers, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job cleaning my carpets! Yes, I would gladly recommend this company.

If you need to know what's creepin' around your house these guys can tell you. Honestly David, knew his stuff and was a genuine honest person. You can tell that he's actually more interested in the health side of it all. Did you know that black mold can really hurt you? I mean not just obvious reasons like respiratory problems, but no this type of mold can mess with you mentally and make you so stir crazy that, it can make you want to go crazy, literally me and my family were sick for months, and with the epidemic we were locked inside essentially with it for months. Honestly we were panicked thinking we had covid19 turns out the mold was so bad under the ceiling that it made me and my family very very ill... I'm talking bad coughs, random nausea and fatigue all I wanted to do was sleep... I remember the last day I woke up there terrified I couldn't breathe I literally paced the house hyperventilating, it took me hours to calm down... all I'm saying is it's not always "just a mold" it can plague you in many ways then one

There was a lot of water damage that week & I was not able to get anyone to come but them. Took over a week for them to do the job. Very poor communications re: arrival times & WAY too expensive

I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years. Pro clean was the absolute best company I have ever had in my home. David was very diligent about making sure he had cleaned the carpets the best they could be cleaned. They are the best and I have recommended them to the residents in my subdivision.
