Quoted one price that we agreed on then jacked it up by 50 % two three months later.

Know what you are getting and have everything explicitly written down. I had more expensive quotes from legitimate businesses that included everything and would have cost me $1,000 less if I had known I was in a bait and switch situation.

I hired them to do an addition to my house, my issue is their lack of commitment to their original quote, no allowances and added a 44 percent increase which is absurd, their communication from top to bottom has been terrible.

Pro.com replaced my front porch, including the stairs, with new decking. They also replaced the entire back deck, which covers much of the back yard, and redid the stairs there too. I was very satisfied with the work Pro.com did. They kept their commitment to the agreed timeline, and they were very responsive once the deck was done (coming back for minor tweaks quickly). The men who actually did the work, including the project manager, were focused, fast, hard-working, pleasant, and accommodating. Iâ m a tough person to please, particularly when it comes to hiring contractors. In this case, Pro.com exceeded my expectations. I recommend them without reservation.

After soliciting multiple bids for my project, Pro.com was significantly more reasonably priced and communicated a clear assessment and solution to the problems I was having. Ultimately I hired Pro.com for what was an extensive knob and tube replacement, with a projected 2-day completion time frame. The two electricians on the job were professional, clean and communicative throughout the entire project, and efficiently managed to complete the job in one day. I did have an issue arise with my final invoice, and when I contacted my account representative, they were accountable and quickly resolved it the matter above and beyond my expectations. I have just recently reached out to them on another project, and would certainly recommend having them bid yours.

I hired Pro.com to demolish and rebuild my two-car garage and rooftop deck. Early on, I had some concerns regarding the project management -- progress was moving slower than I anticipated. When I shared those concerns, I receive a response from the customer success team right away. Shortly after, I was assigned a new project manager, Telly Lambro, who quickly got the schedule back on track. I really appreciated his proactive communication and attention to detail throughout the project. It was clear that Telly and his subcontractors take pride in their work -- if there was an issue, he always followed up and made it right. Overall, I've been impressed with how Pro was able to listen to my feedback and improve. It's clear they're committed to delivering a quality experience.

Pro.com was great in helping us with our project. We had a rather complicated project due to some rot that needed to be repaired and some other improvements we wanted. We started work with another contractor who was not reliable, and after that experience, we really wanted someone reliable. Pro.com came out and gave us a detailed fixed-price quote within days. They were great in communication during this process, which was really important because the scope of the project wasn't really known until everything was uncovered. They were great in communicating progress, and I always felt my concerns were listened to and addressed. Pro did a great job of taking that anxiety away and making it a smooth process. I would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

Their choice of subs great so far ! Alot more to go yet though so hope current performance is maintained! We are optimistic!

We added a bathroom to our basement to our home in Denver. It was below sewer level, so we needed a lift station. Pro.com was the most expensive of the quotes we received, but they did an excellent job. Only licensed contractors were used, they came in and worked every day until the job was done. They met their schedule. We had confidence that the job was done well. We are extremely happy with the final project and would highly recommend Tyler, Nate, and their crew again.

The workmanship was outstanding. They used excellent materials, and made sure that the job was completed on time and budget. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. If I ever need work done again, I will not hesitate to hie them again.

Our project was to move the washer and dryer out of the house into the garage. Zack came out and gave us a fair bid for the exact electrical work we needed. We hired them and requested Zack be the one to do the work. Pro.com set up the appointment and Zack and Jhase showed up on time and did a professional and thorough job, checking with us if they ran into any unexpected situations. They checked all their work, made very little mess, cleaned up after themselves and left the place as though they'd never even been here except for my new beautiful outlets properly placed in my garage wall. I would totally recommend these guys and will use them again for any future electrical projects.

Fast, on time, fixed in jiffy

Jeff was really responsive. I believe it was a bit pricey based on the simplicity of what I needed. But the work was pretty well done, and completed quick.

This company truly has the customer in mind. They did everything possible to make my project go smoothly.

I had a forced air heater taken of my bedroom, and a new base- board put in its place. I was given an estimate for a little over $400. The people who came initially, and the fellow who actually did the work were friendly and did a good job. He told me that someone else would come and cover an 8"x10" hole left in the wall. I didn't understand that there would be an extra charge for the covering of the hole because it wasn't mentioned at that time. After several days, I got an e-mail with the price estimate for covering the hole, and it was about 3 times more than what the original work cost. When I tried to talk to the office person, he argued that that had to be the extra price. I said, no thanks, and put a check in the mail for the original quote of about $400+ that I was initially given. I guess I'' be covering up the hole myself somehow.

Courteous, on time, good customer service, great value for job, responsive to questions regarding specific activities, satisfied my specific needs.
