Hired pro comfort to upgrade to a ductless heat pump system. The experience from start to finish was seamless. They handled all the loan and rebate paperwork for me. They also provide the rebate upfront so it was applied to the job which felt was really helpful. That aside, they stood out with their level of expertise. It was a big upgrade for us and we wanted to be sure we picked the right design and it done correctly and I?m confident we did. They were so thorough and even when I had questions about how to use certain functions on the unit they returned to my home to re-explain them to me. Very pleased with everything and I know I can trust them should something come up. I opted for Mitsubishi because of the reliability as we removed our oil system completely so it was a tad more than others offering other brands, but a far superior product and less future issues felt worth it to me.

Used them multiple times for tuneups and a repair. They’re easy to work with and always a pleasure. We most recently signed up for the service agreement too for our furnace and AC.

We contacted Pro Comfort Control to bid on the installation of a ductless mini-split in our sunroom. With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with Ryan. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager Alex was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater. You will not find a better partner for all your home cooling and heating needs.

My 30 year old cast iron boiler was making a lot of banging noise every time it fired. I started my search for a replacement by reviewing the BBB heating contractor reviews. Pro Comfort stood out as a company that was capable of very technical work from their photos. Ryan came to our house and quickly explained what he could do for us, followed by a quick quote. Ryan suggested a high-efficiency combination boiler made by Lochinvar that could supply our Tri-level house with heat as well as domestic hot water. A key request from us was to make the installation as compact as possible. This would be a challenge as the house has 5 zones. Ryan and his crew arrive on time and quickly began working. The old 600 lb. boiler was carefully and cleanly removed from the basement even though the path was through a newly laid engineered floor and stairs. Ryan constructed a new mounting wall for boiler and over the next 2 days created an installation that could be considered a work of modern art. As engineer, I recognized Ryan's extreme attention to both detail technically and esthetics. The components that were used were of the highest quality and were assembled using the latest crimping joinery avoiding soldering. The job consumed over 140 feet of copper/PVC pipe, countless fittings and valves. On the last day the boiler starting working with no issues and I was amazed how quiet it was. Working with Ryan was a pleasure and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing a new boiler. From the beginning to the end Pro Comfort was highly respectful to us and our home. Top knotch craftsmanship! Finally found a company who takes pride in their work. I'm an electrical engineer and after much research I knew the exact system I wanted installed in my home and was then searching for the right installer. It took quite a few before I found pro comfort Glad I did! Their installation looks like a shiny metal piece of art work, best heating system I've ever seen. And my basement is cleaned than before they were there. Hey, this company is great in quality, communication and fair pricing too. If you're lucky, you'll stumble on them as I did.

About a week ago, I had a heat emergency. At first, I didn’t know what to do. I reached out to contractors on Angi (among other places). All of them were super busy. Luckily, I mostly figured out how to resolve my heating emergency myself. However, I still needed maintenance. Ryan from pro comfort control reached out to say that had some unexpected space in his schedule. We discussed options for what I might need or want. I chose 2/3 of the options. He said he’d call me the next day. I said I was flexible since I work from home. Next morning he texts and says how about now? 45 minutes later he and his colleague arrive (with all COVID boosters and masks), and we discover that some work (boiler skimming) can’t be performed w/o an extra valve which would cost a slight bit more (I completely understood). ~2 hours later, the work was completed. He explained everything before and afterwords in great detail. He said that although my boiler was ~20 years old, it should last for another 10-15 years as long as I performed regular maintenance and cleaning (skimming). He said I should consider heat pumps and a/c splits, and that with an inspection from mass save it would be cheap and last a long time. I look forward to having him come back!

Ryan and his team did an amazing job!!! Got the equipment ordered, delivered, and put in so quickly. This company is genuinely one of the best I have ever worked with. Ryan was honest and only quoted me on the equipment I needed. I listened and he was right. Truly happy with their overall service and would totally recommend them to everyone.

Ryan was very capable, shared what he was doing, made a suggestion that I took for improving the gas connection (informing me in advance of the additional cost), and also provided info about my heating system. I expect to have him return for maintenance on my high-tech boiler/water heater.

Ryan & Connor did a good job. We were initially planning only to replace the 2 condensers, but they discovered some refrigerant leaks in the air handler coils as well. They were able to also get the air handlers & install them within the same time window as the original estimate for just the 2 condensers. They worked hard & fast, and did a great job keeping us updated and informed of where things stood. Would definitely hire again!

They were super helpful and quickly responded when my water heater leaked. They promptly replaced it and they then came out yesterday and completed and AC tuneup to my system. Highly recommend Pro Comfort Control!

Ryan is amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about the job. He replaced our oil boiler and converted us to a new high efficiency gas boiler. He even painted the wall the boiler hung on and ran everything through the basement ceiling since we’re planning to finish the basement. He made sure to get the job completed on schedule, so we did not run out of oil and had a smooth transition to propane. Ryan also installed a new water heater and new Ductless Mini split AC system. Each day he was here he was easy to talk to and even had the patience for our three year old being super interested in him. He was easy to get in touch with and always kept us posted on the project. He responded quickly to texts and explained everything he did when the project was completed. He is meticulous about his work and cares about the end result. Looking forward to having Ryan back for the other jobs we need completed!

I am very happy with the work that was done, I live in an old house so updates and a whole new bathroom, with a new gas line and a number of new drains was not a simple job. Ryan was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable; he kept his work area neat and was very respectful of my home. Highly recommended.

My AC stopped working. They came right out and were easy to work with. They had to replace a part, but got it back up and running again by the end of the day. Friendly guys too! If I ever need service again, they’ll be my go-to company for sure.

I had to repair my heating system during this winter. A few months later I used them to replace my very old water heater system. They were very fair in their pricing and cleaned up the whole area very well. They checked my thermostat to be sure I understood how it worked.
