Carlos Castor left the job not finishing work he agreed to and was paid to do on a $10,000 labor home remodel, inside and out. Carlos installed garbage disposal but did not install power cord or check if it was working, he reversed hot and cold water in new shower install, put holes in shower wall for grab bar, but did not install grab bar or stud behind wall to secure grab bar to wall, new toilet is leaking water, did not paint garage as contracted to do, left all trash from remodel in backyard, and from workers, which he could have atleast put in bags, as I thought hauling off trash and cleaning up after job should be expected when paying a contractor for remodel. Midway through project he kept wanting more money for work he was contracted or agreed to perform, and kept wanting money for labor before the job was done. At the end, I paid Carlos to leave the job site. Lesson learned get everything in writing, every step of the way and be very detailed in all work you are paying for in contractâ ¦.. I would not do business with Carlos ever again

He came over and gave a free estimate. Had professional tools for the job. Came back on desired dye and completed job in just a few hours.

Carlos did a very good job. He listened to my concerns and was very receptive. He was a little late because of traffic but that was not a problem. He also made recommendations to better serve me in future. I would definitely hire again.
