They did a thorough investigation of my issue. They then offered multiple options to solve my problem. The options were fairly priced. I opted to replace the unit. The install went flawlessly and I again had air after 5 sweltering days without.

Patrick, the Seevice Manager, did a great job. He called ahead and arrived on time. He spent time with me to review the parts and service he recommended to fix the AC issues. He completed all the work during his call and the AC unit works great now. I wouldn t certainly recommend Pro Cool and Patrick to others!

Patrick the owner came out and was very professional, got my AC cooling like it never has in the past five years I have lived here. Huge difference. I was very pleased with the total price. Pro Cool Heating and Air was a few minutes early (which is always nice) the tech was really nice, he did a good job and pointed out one thing I should do, for the health of my system which is great rather than just just doing what I needed and going. I would recommend his company to a friend or family member. Very professional and price wise can not be beat for your annual tune up, not to mention being available next day!

Pro Cool Heating and Air provided prompt and excellent service for us! Patrick responded very quickly and our needs were met within 24 hours of first contacting them on Home Advisor. He also provided honest information regarding the possibility of future needs for our home but in no way pressured us to pursue those options at this time. I highly recommend this company.
