SEBASTIAN ,WHO IS THE OWNER OF PRO COOL CAME TO FIX MY A/C ON A HOLIDAY,JULY 4th.HE WAS A CHARMING YOUNG MAN AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO SINCE HE IS A MASTER TECHNICIAN.I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN IF I NEEDED HIM. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and courteous. He responded to my inquiry quickly and arrived at our house very shortly after to look at our AC unit. He was able to detect the problem quickly and get everything up and running. Pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend!
