It took them 4 days to complete. Just over 100ft of fencing & a 5ft gate. Then upon turning on my sprinkler system a geyser appeared under one of the new posts. They cut right through my water line! They had to return to repair. In less than 2 months the board on board fencing started splitting. When I sent photos to the owner he stated that "it was due to the Florida weather and that the fencing needed to be sealed". SERIOUSLY?! Less than 2 months old! I expected the fence to be sealed when installed (I didn't know that it wasn't, it's my first new fence). I'm very angry!

"ProCraft Builders takes pride in all of our work, we follow all local building and zoning ordinances. We had the land marked for utilities water, electrical and cable. Where we dug there were no markings and yes an irrigation pipe was cracked and was fixed the following morning first thing after being notified. Our contracts are detailed for every job and there was no mention from the homeowner that she wanted to have the fence sealed, she stated that she only wanted a pressure treated fence which was ordered and installed to contract specifications. We visited Lisa 's home to fix any issues after installation. We can not be held liable for damage that occur 2 months after the installation."

Work completed- Additional wall built and the installation of French doors in my office. Baseboards installed, painting, demo of storage space and bathrooms/remodeled into small office spaces. James was very professional and hires quality, reliable workers. Returned with a proposal quickly and was very detail oriented! Great with suggestions and solutions during the process. I would definitely higher him for any future work and would highly recommend his company.
